From the moment the doors were opened to this magnificent Spa, to the very end of the spa experience was nothing short of amazing. The decor, the cleanliness, the smell, the stocked-up lockers, the pool, the instructions from the staff... I can't fault this place at all! Heavenly Spa seems much more luxurious than the Westin Resort so I was a little surprised at how the difference in the levels of these two.
My experience started with a cup of cold ginger, lemongrass and lime tea (fragrant and delicious) and then I was led to the amenities room where I was shown my locker (gown, two disposable underwear, towel and thongs) and then shown the hydrotherapy pool (hot and cold) and sauna. The whole place was very clean!
I had a traditional massage (90 mins) with a beautiful therapist named Debi. She spoke gently, smiled genuinely and ensured I was comfortable for the whole 90 minutes. She was consistent with the pressure for the whole 90 mins and ensured she used both hands all of the time. In the end, Debi showed me back out to have some tea and yummy granola. I was a little disoriented because I was blown away by the service, the massage and the luxuriousness of the whole place.
I am very rarely impressed by a spa experience but this was something else. I will be back for some more treatments before flying off home. And I will definitely come back to The Westin at Nusa Dua just to come to this Spa.
