“Great meal by the beach”
Reviewed April 18, 2013

Had dinner here in April13 2 AD and 2CH. The restaurant offers a free pickup/dropoff service if you are staying in Nusa Dua so we booked a table and the pickup via our hotel. Like previous reviews you wont stumble across this place by accident so either use the pickup service or make sure your taxi driver is familiar with the place before you get in the cab. Nusa Dua beach grill overlooks the beach and is next door to what is the biggest resort on the island. We had an excellent meal here and ordered 6 different entree dishes and all were delicious. Our bill came to around 70K/$70 including a cocktail and a beer. The only downside to our visit was that we had to wait 45mins for the return transport to our hotel as the driver was busy picking up/ dropping off. If staying in Nusa Dua definitely worth a visit.

“Happy to finally get here!”
Reviewed April 6, 2013 via mobile

We have been meaning to eat at Nusa Dua Beach Grill for a couple of year and finally got around to it now we are staying nearby.

Don't be horrified as you move from the Nusa Dua compound down the 'rustic' lane way towards the beach - reminded me of Bali 30 years ago with chickens and cows everywhere - anyway the place has been recently renovated and is tucked in next to the mammoth Mulia Resort overlooking the beach.

I had the seafood combo which was about 80% there - fish slightly over-cooked but all condiments, prawns and calamari tasted great. Hubby's lobster was tasty as were the prawns.

Kids were happy with their chunky chicken spring rolls, quesadilla and berry smoothies. Cocktails were ordinary, beer was cold.

I found the menu slightly limited but I think we'd probably go back again if we stayed in the vicinity.

“Truly beautiful!”
Reviewed April 5, 2013

What a gem! A beautiful local place hidden away by the beach! The massive hotel sitting beside this restaurant was the only negative. The staff were so lovely and helpful, the food was authentic and fresh! Happy to support local restaurants with amazing food and hospitality! Thank you!

“Loved this place! A great little gem”
Reviewed March 30, 2013

I remembered reading some great reviews about the Nusa dua beach grill previously so on this occasion decided to try dinner there. I was a bit apprehensive checking trip advisor reviews and seeing some of the comments regarding the construction of the big new hotel next door. Rest assured however, that the hotel is now up and running did not hamper our enjoyment of the evening in anyway. Great atmosphere, suitable for romance or family meal alike. (Might I suggest though if management is reading this that you consider changing the lights in the inside restaurant from the rather cold white globes to some warmer lighting?) outdoors is perfect though, and I love the double loungers!

A beautiful location right on the beachfront, great food at reasonable Nusa dua prices. The grilled ling prawns were fresh and spiced so deliciously, and the pizza i ordered my son absolutely mouth watering. We will definitely revisit . The complimentary transfers to and from our hotel nearby makes it a breeze. . Thanks

“Best lunch spot in Bali”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

My wife and I try to eat here as often as possible.
We both like the sea food nasi campur.
Beer is always cold and the view of the surf pounding the reef at Nusa Dua is always a treat.
Until recently the place had been a bit of a locals only secret spot, but now it's on the map and after recent renovations, looking and doing great! Same great service and same great food.
