if you feel to lazy to walk around the buffet table, or too wasted from the party last night, and dont feel like walking, then Kayuputi Champagne Brunch is the answer for you. You just sit there nicely, and let the army of the staffs present everything they got to you on the table.

The brunch starts with a free flow cocktail and champagne on the bar, accompanied with canape, while Harald, the Manager explain of what kind of brunch you're about to have.

Having the brunch at Kayuputi was a whole different experience from what you have in Boneka, another outlet that serves brunch at St Regis Bali. While boneka serve a more laid back ambiance, and more like a casual breakfast, Kayuputi serves a refined service, with a killer setting. Started with caviar and another glass of champagne, charchuterie, and a assorted pastry (best croissant served in the island). Dozen of pass around will be presented to you on the table, before moving to the A la Carte, and closed with couple of dessert passaround, and a la carte dessert.

Food quality and presentation was superb, ingredients ranged from avruga pearls to foie gras, and everything else was prepared very nicely. For us the main highlight was the wild mushroom risotto, served with parmesan foam and foie gras, and then the duck breast with foiegras butter, and couple of other foods, that we couldnt remember the name. There was more than 40 choices of the food, its hard to remember when you are slightly in an influence of alcohol. And of course nothing wrap up good meal like excellent dessert, which kayuputi doesnt have problem achieving that. I'm a very huge dessert fans, and the strawberry mousse, is a total winner.
We order 3 kind of dessert from the ala carte menu, and have all dessert pass around.

Service was attentive, without being intrusive, nice staff that knew what they were doing, and knew about the product as well. Harald was a very good manager, he greeted everyone, and said goodbye to everyone.

We will definitely be comin back soon.

The Astor Diamond Champagne Brunch is without equal in Bali- indulgent leisurely dining in one of the finest Restaurants on the Island.
Where else in the world would provide this quality and range professional service all under the watchful eye of a Master Sommelier and Manager Mr Harald Wisseman
We worked our way through twenty two dishes and a selection of carefully selected wines indulgent indeed- but so skilfully prepared and served to make the Sunday afternoon lunch not feel like a marathon but a gentle stroll along the beach
This champagne brunch is truly value for money- no restaurant in the world could provide this quality of ingredients with worlds best practice service in a five star location in a premium space for approximately USA $98 net.
Our Menu Favourites
Sturia Vintage Caviar
Trilogy of soups served in three demi tasse cups consisting of chilled carrot and yoghurt gazpacho with crispy fried scallop –Light lobster bisque followed by chineese herbal duck consommé.
We loved the Line caught fish prepared two ways – ceviche of sweet shrimps with yazu pearls compress of cucumber cured melon lime foam and cilantro dressing – worthy of Guy Savoy- followed by Alaskan crab and tomato ravioli with basil coulis.

We chose from the Foie Gras station –Pan seared duck Foie Gras served with caramelized green apple and rosemary meat reduction – just amazing with a glass of sauterne.

My favourite of favourites- Roast Peking duck breast caramelized granny smith apple with foie gras butter and duck jus - a glass of Australian pinot and I was ready for the classic grand marnier Soufflé
Please spoil yourself and do this - leave the Kids at the Kids club for three hours and if you are in to luxury dining this will not disappoint you.

We recently joined the Sunday Champagne brunch at Kayuputi and, well, we were blown away. Having done some top-end Sunday brunches over the years, this one beat them all!!!

Starting with a cocktail at the bar was the perfect prelude to what was to come. They served small canapes with the drinks and champagne, which already were divine.
Then brunch started, and I am not sure how many dishes we had, but the selection and choices were wonderful, the preparation expertly done and flavors just blew us away. I have never had a 100% perfect selection of this many dishes.
Our favorites included the choices of foie gras (with pear, pan-seared on peach, in a onion consomme - all were outstanding), the roast, the seafood linguini, the slow-braised beef, oysters, danish pastry and croissants (the perfect croissants!) and sashimi... I don´t remember them all, but every dish was superb, I can´t praise the chefs enough.

The beverage selection was very good, though I would have loved a different champagne. The St. Regis Singapore serves Billecart Salmon, which would have been the perfect match here as well. The Duval Leroy is a little too acidy for my personal taste... But the staff was wonderful in providing us with Chambord to make it bearable. The Bloody Mary is one of the best I have had, the wine selection was very good and after brunch drinks were top-notch as well. Add to that a nice cigar and the finale of brunch was perfect. Some guests moved to the bar again to enjoy these and it was fun sharing the experiences afterward with others.

Service was outstanding, from the welcome, to the staff passing dishes around, serving drinks, taking away dirty dishes - everything was done discreetly, advice was given when asked and service was not intrusive.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous, located just off the beach with amazing ocean views. The open, high-ceiling structure gives it a beautiful and exclusive atmosphere.

Everything was perfect and on our next visit we will make sure to enjoy this brunch again. A must!

Fantastic brunch with an hour of cocktails beforehand. Gorgeous venue, fantastic brunch (& I'm not a fan of buffets) plus staff bringing around samples to taste as well. Can't wait to go back again!

Enjoyed lunch outside at Kayuputi with our young children which was really pleasant with the light ocean breeze.

Kids menu was the standard St Regis kids menu which was enjoyed by the children.

Adults shared a prawn Caesar salad, duck broth and a lovely Black Angus sirloin. Serves are not huge as expected but incredible flavours and thoroughly enjoyable. There were a few menu items not available when we ordered which was a little annoying but it was probably good as we would have ordered too much. Wine was also beautiful and prices comparable to Australia.

Happy we managed to eat at Kayuputi without having to get a nanny. Would love to dine one evening to experience the degustation menu - looked fantastic.
