All the locals around here tend to recommend going to Pandawa Beach. So one day I went for it. But got sorta dissapointed. It's just another beach, with alot of sunbeds and A LOT of native children in their school vacation. The cafès nearby are extremely cheap, but I would go easy on the chicken down here. Rented a canoe for as little as nothing, and paddled around some. It was all OK, but I guess I got spoiled going to some of the other beaches nearby.

At the first time the location might not promising anything..but just follow the road..on your right side you will see the 5 statue of Indonesia pandawa, go further...and you will have the view directly to Hindia ocean..the deep blue ocean...oh my god....might be one of the best in bali i thought..just take of your sandal and feel the warm of the sand...or you can sit on the beach chair...and take some drink while feel the fresh air...is awesome....

We visited the Pandawa beach during our recent trip to Bali. The beach was beautiful, less touristy toward the end and just a lovely place to relax.
The day we visited there were a lot of locals around and less of tourists.

Connectivity is an issue as apparently local cabs are not allowed to come to the beach. When we were leaving we had to take a taxi from the beach and he charged us double the rates. We had no other option as taxis like Bluebird refused to come pick us up.

Tip: Go to the very edge of the beach where the rocky cliffs start. There are small paths to take. Extremely beautiful and a must-see. Do remember that during high tide the paths may be covered so take that into consideration.

one of new beach in south bali. it's not easy to find this beach, because less sign among the street. we've lost around 1km, but after we ask some local restaurant finally we spot the sign towards it. i think this place is not quite tough for surfing, because the wave is not big. in here, people most likely doing canoeing. nice to visit, the cliff towards to the beach is very fabulous.
