I browsed in the internet trying to get information about new beaches in Bali before I went there a couple of weeks ago and visiting pandawa beach is definitely on top of my list. I went there with a very high expectation about this beach. The view was stunning, quiet place, a. Little bit difficult to find though and the beach was being developed so i cant enjoy the beach as much as i planned to. They were building ( i assume) new facilities there but they were too close to the beach and the building process was disturbing. However in general i still recommend to visit this beach. Just find place not to close to the development process and you'll be fine

Pandawa Beach is located at the coastal village of Kutuh, at the south of BTDC (Bali Tourism Development Corporation) Nusa Dua, District of Badung, Bali. From the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, going through the I Gusti Ngurah Rai By Pass Street to Nusa Dua. At the intersection of Hardy's Supermarket, turn right into Jalan (Street) Siligita, and turn right again into Jalan Kurusetra which is continuous with Jalan Dharmawangsa. A little while, at the Kutuh Village, turn left, and follow the road to the Pandawa Beach. The road leading to the beach is already well asphalted, just the traffic signs is still incomplete, so do not be shy to ask if you do not want to get lost on the way. To get to the beach, besides riding motorcycles (may rent), also possible to use a taxi, or use a shuttle car from your accommodation at Bali.
Entering to the beach area must pay 5 KRup (Kilo Rupiah, thousand rupiah) or about 50 cent dollar, for two people riding motorcycles, don’t know how much to pay for those riding car. Following from the entering gate, access to the beach as splitting through the coral guarded by a languishing doggy. And swerved to the left, there are large manmade holes unearthed in the rock wall, and in it, being built the statues of Pendawa. Unfortunately, the written information is incomplete except for the donors are, so not sure which one is Yudistira, Bima or Sena or Werkudara, Janaka or Arjuna, and the twins Nakula and Sadewa. Moreover, the embedded image about Pendawa is in the form of shadow puppet, so a bit confused when looking the costume of the Pendawa statues which seems influenced strongly by Indian culture.
The beach is being laid out, there is a building for the tourists to drop in, and also many tents and “kursi malas” (kind of sofa) form rows along the coast. For those who really want to enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves while reading or enjoying snacks from the restaurant, or just drink coconut water, this is the place. There is also track on the waterfront for those like jogging or cycling. And special for those who crazy of surfing, can try to conquer the big wave come rolling relentlessly, which emerge approximately after noon. If tired, take a break in a gazebo provided, or get food or drinks in the resto. There is also shower and bathroom to refresh yourself after swimming or surfing. Indeed, it was favors to be here, the appropriate place for relaxing after hard working. Of course, you cannot enjoy sunset here since Pendawa Beach is at the east side of Bali. You can witness sunrise but have to come here very early in the morning.
On the beach, there are some houses of seaweed farmers where the area of planting is getting narrower because of the development of coastal tourism here. Some of the farmer drying the seaweed under the sun. Look like the yields is not much.
On the beach there is also a temple which is used to carry out Melasti ceremony, which held three days before “Nyepi” Day. Melasti ceremony aimed as an effort to purify oneself of all the sin and throw it into the sea.
