Our stay in this hotel has been perfect, the staff are soy friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. Close to shopping center and shopping area, but far enough from noisy area of Legian.
In arrival, Mss. Endang, in front desk of the lobby, was amazing, specially friendly. We were lucky she was on pur check out too.
The only problem is there are so many chinese people, chinese people are ok but when they are a lot together they are very noisy. I recommend to the hotel manager to put some advertisements "Please Don't speak loud"

Stayed here for 4D3N with a friend of mine and we had an enjoyable stay. Service was great the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only problem we had was the mini fridge in the room, it seemed like it was working but took forever for our water bottles to get cold. Layout of our room was nice, open bathroom. overlooking the pool area. Also the location was convenient was well. The breakfast was okay.

The staffs especially Ms Mary are wonderful, nice and approachable employees. The hotel is located in safe and strategic location as staging point when you would like to visit all the the tourist destinations in Bali. Thanks. I will come back!!

I booked a Deluxe room for one night as I wanted close proximity to Bali 911 dental clinic in the Galeria Mall. The price was excellent and I was impressed with the facilities. Access to the Mall was available. I had a fabulous massage before I left.
The room was clean and had a kettle and mini fridge. I would stay again overnight, but for longer stays I always choose Balinese style accommodation. No complaints at all.

The hotel is located next to Bali Mall Galeria which is a huge shopping mall. One can walk to the mall from the hotel's back door. So, if you are into shopping, this is it.
But the standard room is very small and the wash basin is actually in the bedroom, not seaprated with a door. It's like a kitchen sink.
I think that this hotel is good for a short stay, not for a relaxing typical Bali holiday.
But it's a clean hotel. The staff are nice, as anywhere in Bali.
