“Bali Rani Hotel - One of Bali's best!”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

I visited Bali and stayed at the Bali Rani Hotel in Kuta Last August 2012 and had a fantastic time!
The staff were very friendly and always happy to help.
The guest relations manager "Denny Karmela" really makes you feel welcome.
One of my friends that I travelled with actually injured his arm whilst we were there and Denny was immediately there to help. He already knew to take my friend to the International Clinic so there were no health concerns that often worry people when travelling.
The hotel facilities are very nice and clean and family orientated.
It is also very quiet and peaceful there at night. I found this good because you can go party in the bars and clubs, then go back to the hotel away from all the noise and screaming drunk people and just rest!

I had such a fantastic time that I am going there again this August 2013!

Can't wait!

After nearly 5yrs came back to the Bali Rani and absolutely loved it. The refurbished rooms were just lovely and the staff even remembered us after all this time just so nice. All the staff are wonderful, if there was anything at all we needed they were only too happy to help . The pool is great, so relaxing and very easy to get in if you have any leg problems. The Manager Denny Karmela goes out if his way to help in any way he can if there is any problem, he is a credit to the Hotel. Would recommend this Hotel and we are looking forward to going back next year can't wait. The shopping is all very close with the Centro shopping centre just across from the Hotel.

There are two Rani in Kuta, one directly opposite Discovery mall, the the one is about 500 m away which is roughly 5 minutes walk. I was warmly welcomed by the staffs, check in very smooth, my suite 162 was downstairs directly facing the pool. The room is huge, tastefully and simply decorated with little Balinese but modern touch. Fantastic huge bathroom with everything in good working order and clean. Walk in wardrobe and safe deposit box. Nice huge bed and very comfortable for sleeping.

Wifi is available free of charge with password and log in names provided daily. Although speed was so so, inside my room, I find cell phone reception poor. I wished there were a DVD player to play music and movies, like they had advertised. Otherwise, it's a fine choice.

Breakfast was buffet style standard is average, Staffs however, are always smily and willing to please. The only restaurant they have is not air-condtioned, can be a bit warm during the day. All in all, this is a fine choice for a touch of luxury but without breaking the bank, can be recommended.

Room Tip: Pay a bit more and get the suite, it's worth it!

Bali Rani Kuta...I'm coming back soon for another fab holiday. I love the area that this hotel is in,not too busy, not to dull.Situated close to Shopping centre, beach and markets making your holiday a breeze.
The staff at Bali Rani especially the gorgeous Denny Karmela and his lovely loyal staff are the best of the best. Their command of english is very helpful and is appreciated. Their service in room and at the retsuarants and front desk are amongst the best on the island which is why we all love to come back.
See you all at Christmas time.xxxx

Firstly I would like to thank the Bali Rani and its staff for another wonderful stay.
I have stayed here many times now and find the service and friendliness of the Staff is always of the highest quality.
The rooms here are very nice and the recently renovated Duluxe Rooms are beautiful with lovely new large bathrooms and great views around the Pool area.
The Brasserie Restaurant is one of my favourite places to eat with a fantastic menu that provides many eating choices. Thanks always to the wonderful Denny Karmela who will go out of his way to make sure your stay is a very pleasant one. Thanks Denny for all your assistance. Overall I have nothing I can fault about this Hotel and its great Service.

Room Tip: Superior Rooms lovely around the Lotus Pond. Duluxe Rooms around Pool areas wonderful and large.

We travelled as a family group of 5, with two interconnecting rooms (I with 3 beds), in June 2013 for 10 days. Originally booked into Superior rooms, which proved too small for the 3 beds. On discussions with the Front Office Supervisor Mr Puta Carmawan we struck a very good deal to transfer to a Deluxe room. Were offered a second floor Deluxe , which was very good, but we requested a ground floor room as my wife used a wheelchair. There is an elevator, but we preferred the ground floor. Mr Camawan was extremely helpful and understanding and he offered ground floor Deluxe Family rooms, overlooking the pool. Excellent rooms and position...thank you!
We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere around the site, unlike some of those larger beach-front hotels, and there was always plenty of room in the pool. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, a credit to the organisation. Breakfast and restaurant meals excellent. As a smaller hotel, there's less hassles with breakfast and poolside service. We received good service on checkout, with later checkout and complimentary transfer to the airport.
I'd recommend this hotel, deluxe poolside room.

Stayed 4 nights with husband & 7 year old grandson. It was the last of 4 hotels we had stayed in on our 12 day holiday & the most expensive. Picked for location (near Waterbom Park).Very hard to read as lighting too dim. Only 1 electric plug made it difficult as did the 6 inch cord for the electric jug (which leaked). NO FREE WIFI unlike all the other locations we stayed at.
Plumbing needs work, took ages for water to heat & there was a leak under the vanity.
Breakfast standard. Brasserie had good selection (& only place with free wifi).

Room Tip: Ground floor near pool
