I love the location. The hotel is located at Jalan Legian where it is a shopper's paradise with easy access to the night life and convenient too. The prices of the rooms and villas are not still too expensive taking into account the peak period during my stay.. Breakfast not special. I think people stay here coz want near w many clubs, resto and markets. Yeah..u can walk to everywhere from here,

We stayed here 1+2 nights, before and after a week on the Gili Islands, mainly just as a transfer between locations. We had pre-booked and payed for the stay, had we not we would have changed hotels immediately.
The hotel looks nice from the outside, good location in Kuta, with a nice pool and even a small garden area. We stayed in the "most expensive" room, which was still really cheep. We did not expect much, but the room we got smelled a lot of mold, the bed sheets had lots of stains (big and visible) on them, and the bathroom was not clean at all. Worst of all, we had bedbugs. I am really sensitive to their bites, so when I woke up in the morning my fingers and hands were double size from all the bites. My whole body was just covered in bites. When I showed this to the hotel staff they didn't say anything but just ignored me. I would NOT stay here again, and I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here.

The place was a nice location, friendly staff, affordable prices however the room we were given was a sauna !! We had so many problems with the air conditioner and no one seemed to know how to fix it. We had people coming in and out of our room but the problem still remained for our 2 day stay. Also don't count on using a blow dryer In the room .. I blew the fuse about ten times AND the pool looses sun pretty early but the pool is a really nice lay out and a great spot while the sun is out on it! Plus once it looses sun the beach is only a 3 minute walk down the road!

We stayed here for one night. We were given a room on 3rd floor. There is no Elevator in this hotel, so we had to bring all our luggage to the 3rd floor. We tired a lot. After reaching in the room we found that AC is not working properly. At night 11:30 we called reception and ask to repair it, they sent a technician who knew nothing. Then he said that he cannot do anything. We asked to change the room. Receptionist checked and gave a room with twin beds. and that also on 3 rd floor in another building. We managed by joining two single beds. But we got tired again by shifting luggage. Guess what... AC is not working here also. That was the really bad Night. I was suffering with too much perspiration. We have a 15 months old baby girl with us. She also could not sleep whole night. WE HATE THE THIS KIND OF PROPERTIES. LOCATION IS VERY GOOD. CLOSE TO THE KUTA BEACH. We will search for other good hotel in same area but will avoid this for the life.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on ground level.

Three days in Bali is mostly spent outside in the streets, restaurants, beaches and so on. However the Bali Summer provides some seclusion from the madness of the Kuta streets... during both daytime, and at night. The rooms are reasonably clean and modestly furnished, and the hotel exterior is pleasantly watery. A good sized pool also.

At the front of the hotel (on the street) is a very good restaurant serving up all the usual fare for Bali at a very good price. Suitable for a single traveler who likes a bit of sanctuary from the surrounding madness of Kuta.

Room Tip: No lift. Ground floor rooms are more expensive, but not necessarily better.

We stayed in this hotel initially for three nights. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and reasonably efficient. The pool is lovely. The breakfast was a little limited but was adequate and of good quality. We came to the hotel with very few expectations (because of the low price) and were very pleasantly surprised. We felt at home here and it is on Jalan Pantai Kuta, not far from Kuta Square and the beach in one direction and Jalan Legian and Poppies 1 in the other direction. Also walking distance to the Discovery Mall and the Art Market. We liked this hotel so much we came back for another 3 nights at the end of our trip. We did not have the same room. Our second trip was marred by some faults with the hot water and shower on the last day, however I don't see this as a negative as these things can happen at the best of places. They very apologetic and did their best to try to resolve the problem.

Well after a nightmare of a taxi trip from the airport by a driver that did not look old enough to driver and did not know anything or any places a 15 minute drive took 1hr 40mins!!!
The hotel, well so much for paying extra for the "deluxe" room, I hate to think what the superior rooms were like. The bed was terrible mattress felt like it was made of straw, air-con did not work properly, the bathroom door was rotten from water damage, fridge had no thermostat control for coldness and was not cold enough, the power points were hanging from the walls and on looking behind the bed light controls there were about a dozen wire hanging out of the wall - AN ACCIDENT WAILING TO HAPPEN.
Forget the "free" breakfast - I have never seen such rubbish , rice or a cold egg , did not even bother trying to eat or drink the coffee/tea and orange juice - I just left telling them what I thought and no chance of me eating any other meals there

Room Tip: do not bother even coming to the hotel
