i stay 4 night at deluxe room and almost everytime i visit Bali, i stay here.
Great location near shopping centre and kuta beach and a lot of food around.
i like the pool so much, you can swim and stay lazy at the cabana all day.
Will definitely be back again.More

The happening Hard Rock Hotel really rocks. We had an amazing time staying there. The location, the view, the rooms, the music, the pools - loved everything. The beach is also very close. Enjoyed the live performance at Hard Rock cafe.

The good:
Excellent location - easy access to everything
Staff - super friendly and cannot do enough for you
Cleanliness - rooms, gardens ... everything was immaculate
Rock Royalty - ability to unwind in quieter surrounds was nearly worth the additional cost. A la carte breakfast was very enjoyable, even if the choice was limited.
The not so good:
Whilst we were there during school holidays, it was very busy and noisy - especially at the communal buffet breakfast and pool areas (afternoon). If you go with kids (like we did) you need to expect this. However, if you are going without kids I would look at other options!
Rock Royalty - there was a lengthy wait for drinks in the afternoon during canapes and cocktail session (5:30pm - 7pm). Up to 30 minutes for a drink. Towards the end of our stay we ended up going to a pub where drinks arrived within minutes. Canapes were also very average and repetitive. Cocktails were tasty but beer was warm.

The kids loved staying at the Hard Rock. We had a refurbished room which was nice but a little on the small side. Food and drinks at hotel quite expensive. The Rock Spa was amazing, if you get a chance have a massage with Sudi! She’s amazing!

All staff are very friendly, good location , good facilities, huge swimming pool, good cafe, has rock shop selling good merchandise about hard rock, has little kids facilities. All of my family love to stay here.

Our stay was wonderful so relaxing. We used the kids club for 3 days this was approx $50 which includes lunch and from 9 am to 6 pm. Grandson did not want to leave and made many little friends. We hired a cabana on 2 days first day $25 from 3 pm to 9pm second day $60 9am to 9 pm which includes a basket of goodies and a jug of cocktails or beer. Fantastic . We had a premium room in the chill out pool section lovely and quiet. 2 queen beds a beautiful bathroom tv with free movies and a small fridge. Safe and wardrobe. Room service was good as was food by the pool. We upgrade to the rock club. Includes free flowing cool drinks and water all day. Afternoon tea, free cocktails and beer from 5.30 to 7 pm. Also canapés
Now people say hard rock is so expensive. Well cocktails average $15 happy hour 2x $17. Food eg rubes chip $18. I personally feel you get what u pay for and believe that if you want a great holiday with your kids and some free time for yourself this is a winner. I won’t do anywhere else when traveling with my grandson to Bali again.
