I stay here a couple of times and also I try stay to 1 of the villa like type and all I can say is, It is dirty everytime I stay and I'm not the type of person that complaint but just go with it.
It is actually a nice hotel if the cleanliness can be more details.More

i stayed here 3 times and my stay was always amazing. the room is very tidy, and the bathroom is comfortable too..the only problem for me is the lightning, too dark inside the room. overall it is nice, helpful staff and good service.

I stayed with 2 of my kids, this hotel is very comfortable, feels like home. staff very friendly, nice swimming pool, reasonable price, the room is good, easy to find street food, near to legian if u want to party.

We have stayed at the Serela Kuta for nearly 2 Months, Sep-Oct and Nov-Dec 16, usually Hotels are just hotels and we travel extensively in SE Asia. The Serela however, to me is above the rest of places I have stayed, as to me People make a Hotel. The Staff are wonderful and have made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The Hotel is located outside the main tourist areas of Kuta and Legian, though it is a mere 15 minute walk to the heart of the Bali tourist areas, Legian Road. The Hotel is great value for money, our Room had an en-suite and living area and a large comfortable bed (TVs in each room), which was cleaned daily by a happy and dedicated housekeeping team.
Reception and Management could not be more accommodating or helpful.

Transport was great - guy was lovely. The room was very boxy, bath towels were on the grey side. Been used 1000 times over. No running water upon arrival. Glad we only stayed as a stop over. Staff was good. If you want to hear a rooster at 4am please stay here.
