I stayed with 2 of my kids, this hotel is very comfortable, feels like home. staff very friendly, nice swimming pool, reasonable price, the room is good, easy to find street food, near to legian if u want to party.

We have stayed at the Serela Kuta for nearly 2 Months, Sep-Oct and Nov-Dec 16, usually Hotels are just hotels and we travel extensively in SE Asia. The Serela however, to me is above the rest of places I have stayed, as to me People make a Hotel. The Staff are wonderful and have made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The Hotel is located outside the main tourist areas of Kuta and Legian, though it is a mere 15 minute walk to the heart of the Bali tourist areas, Legian Road. The Hotel is great value for money, our Room had an en-suite and living area and a large comfortable bed (TVs in each room), which was cleaned daily by a happy and dedicated housekeeping team.
Reception and Management could not be more accommodating or helpful.

The service was good.The staff helpfull and friendly.The room is cozy and nice.When i was staying i was not have time to see the Hotel facility,but i can say that the room was good and comfortable.This hotel can be one of my choice when staying in Kuta Area

Transport was great - guy was lovely. The room was very boxy, bath towels were on the grey side. Been used 1000 times over. No running water upon arrival. Glad we only stayed as a stop over. Staff was good. If you want to hear a rooster at 4am please stay here.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, the bathroom is still dirty. A lots of hair in the shower, bad lighting. A very small and stuffy room. The breakfast was far from good. And the most shocking thing is they provided a cup with lipstick stain, it is very disgusting. We will never stay in this hotel again!!!!

i stayed here for 2 nights , room and bathroom is nice and clean, wifi signal is acceptable, pool is nice but little bit small.
The staff are friendly ,location is strategic, only 15 minute walk to legian.
Overall is good except the breakfasts , not many option (i choose fried rice) and the taste is below average, but it was ok for me.
