First slide we went on we all went down very steep slide into a shallow pool, we all hit the bottom of pool, my husband hurting his spine. Pool was only half filled. His day was over.
Attendants or 'lifeguards' didn't give a hoot .
They are so overstaffed for the size of the park , four girls at locker counter all staring at mobile phones and we were my
Number 25 visitor at 11:00am in the morning. There's a reason no one goes there, it's lame.
Customer service people hardly speak English and stand around in large groups giggling at us because they can't understand what we are asking , it was infuriating and unprofessional.
Go to water bomb park , and pay a bit more for so much more.

The entry fee was cheap. We took 2 adults and 3 and 5 yrs.
And the park is only 20 mins by car from kuta. BUT the park is very run down or they ran out of money to finish it. The stairs for the bigger slides were rusty corroded and stairs for the smaller slides in the children's pool cut small feet if not careful. The lifeguards which i guess you call them where on mobiles phones playing games or txting . the park in general the was ok but i woould not be going back , as a lifeguard myself , you better watch your own kids when going here as they may be injureded if not careful
The kids loved it and we can say we have done it ,but lollypops in seminyak is safer.

The entry fee was cheap. However, it seems as though the park is half finished. The stairs for the bigger slides were rusty and stairs for the smaller slides were uneven and hurt your feet. There were no people working at the bottom of the slides and myself and my younger cousin were run over by couple coming down on a slide on a tube, just as we came off the same slide ourselves. I didn't like the park in general the staff weren't helpful and it didn't seem safe for younger children. It was defiantly a first and a last visit. Don't waste your time, go to Waterbom instead the extra cost to get in it worth it.

I took the children I sponsor there in February – for some reason review didn’t ‘take’ at the time. It was wonderful. They had a fantastic time. Entry was cheap as already mentioned at 100,000rp and half that for locals. It was clean and we didn't have to wait for any slides etc, in fact it was quite empty. Buses started to arrive as we were leaving in the afternoon bringing more people so may be different after lunch. We came from Ubud and it was a long drive..about 1 hr and a half. It is close to the New Kuta Beach (ex-Dreamland). There were 2 big water slides and another 2 big ones that we went down in ring things (forget what they are called!). There was a 'river' like at Waterbom. The kids area was great. Our kids loved it- more slides and slides for the 'rafts or rings' but smaller and then the usual kids play stuff that ends in slides in the middle of the shallow swimming area (similar to whats at safari park). There was a flying fox (very high) and a trampoline thing-like the one in Kuta/Tuban- but you have to pay extra for these-though only 20,000rp I think it was. It was ideal for our kids who were aged 10-13. I hadn't heard of it so hadn't known what to expect but it worked out well for us. We didn't go into the Bird Park. Because there weren't many people there our kids didn't have to wait so had as many goes as they wanted with no wait. Having said this they were aged 10-13 and only had 2 goes each on the bigger slides because they found it too scary.

Service staff were pleasant enough. Steps to go up the slides were rusty and hurt the feet. The drive in was ridiculously long. Cab ride in from seminyak sq cost rp 116k..cab ride out to kuta discovery is another rp 100k..not worth the 50% discount on the entrance ticket gotten from groupon.. should have checked the reviews before going..Suggest that they have a shuttle service...
