“Good lunch option”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

I do like to decor at Seafood House. Big wooden tables both outside for a street view and inside for a cooler a/c dining experience. I've been a visitor here often and didn't try the Peking duck on this trip but would recommend if you've not tried before. This time we popped in for a quick lunch which did not disappoint. One point, we ordered and made a point of asking for no MSG which the waitress made a note of and said no problem. Soup was good and the set lunch menu offers a good value with rice/noodles with veg and a main for around Rp50k. The star fruit juice was worth a mention.

Prices were excellent, especially for a family! Food was great. There was a live band when we were there. All dining overlooks the streets of Kuta. Fun place to eat!

“Ate here twice in one day!”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

2 things you definitely have to try when visiting this restaurant:

1. Steamed Fish with Soy Sauce - This was just so good! You pick the fish from the tank and it is weighed in front of you. It can't get any fresher than that.

2. Roast Duck - One of the best I've tasted. Slightly Crispy on the outside but very tender and juicy on the inside.

Another thing that I really liked about this place was that the waiters were all really friendly and polite. The toilets were sparkling clean.

Given it's not the cheapest place to eat in Kuta. I spent around 30-40$ per person per meal here, but I think you actually do get what you pay for.

I ate here for both lunch and dinner on the same day and ordered the same thing. That's how much I loved the food.

So if ever you're in Kuta and craving for some really good and authentic Chinese seafood and duck, this place is my top pick.
