The beach is just acoss the road and everything that you need is within walking distances. be it boutiques shop or roadside stalls, restaurants or warungs. Stayed 2 nights in a deluxe room. Room comes with all the modern needs. The bed is also comfortable. The floor is a bit sticky but we were given slippers.

We stayed for one night in May 13. Hotel room is pretty basic, towels in bathroom look like they are 50 years old! Unfortunately the rooms had doors that let the mozzies in and being kind of rain forest like there are lots of mozzies. The pool is great and the breakfast was good too. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also stayed in Legian and preferred that location to here but I guess everyone has different preferences! Overall for the price it was ok but I don't think we would stay here again.

Stayed early May at the end of our holiday and loved the gardens, restaurant and room with the verandah/deck. The pool and surrounds was very relaxing as were the complimentary massages. Staff were very helpful, late checkout was available to suit the midnight flight home. Great location for last minute shopping as well: close to Poppies 2 and the new Beachwalk. Would definitely stay again if I ever went back to Kuta.

This was my first trip to Bali, and a very different holiday to our usual adventures, so we did quite a bit of research into finding somewhere nice to stay for the full 4 nights. This place was great. It's not new, and not the flashiest but it's very well laid out, the staff are very friendly, and even though you are across the road from Kuta beach, it's very quiet inside the grounds. The pool is good, and we spent a couple of afternoons just lounging, listening to the music, and drinking cocktails. It is very easy to walk to almost anywhere in Kuta or Legian from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay

Found the place on the internet,
This hotel is composed of a few villas and a 3 storey hotel in the background, our room was on the second floor.
Greeting on arrival was very nice with a welcome drink, also everybody speaks good english.
Although this hotel is not the newest in town our room was very comfortable, the mattress was the best I've ever had in years with plenty of pillows.
Kuta beach is a very busy place but we couldn't ear any noises from the road.
The restaurant serves quality Italian food, breakfast is not bad at all, more fruits will be the only request.
I definitely recommend

Very nice hotel. Good size room, nice bathroom, good location, nice grounds. Kuta is far too crowded for my liking, but if you want to stay in Kuta, I would recommend this hotel. Clean, affordable and very nice staff.

Room Tip: We had a room that was close to the front, the grounds were so massive that we did not even hear any...

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights in December an were very pleased to be greeted with a commentary room upgrade. Breakfast was good, the room was exceptionally nice (it had just been renovated) and the location is perfect. They also held into our bags after we checked out so we could go shopping while we waited for our flight home.

Problems we had with the place. We could order drinks from the bar at the pool and take them back to where we were sitting. They had to be carried back to our chairs by a waiter who we then had to tip.
The hotel demanded payment in full upon check in (by which time we had not exchanged money), and gave us the option of paying by rupiah at the agreed price, or by AU dollar with an insane mark up. I think the exchange rate at the hotel worked out to be something like Rp7,000 if we paid in AU, when the current exchange rate was Rp10,000+.

I would recommend this place to people who are looking for a modernised hotel without the touches of Bali you find in locally owned hotels (ie pool bar, happy hours, 60's and 70's tunes at the bar). This place felt very Americanised and corporate, which was also showed in the way staff treat you.
