The hotel is stragically locate. Our room was good and well kept. It was better than we expected. The food was also very good and we had a good stay. If you want to live in a hotel room on a holiday, then this hotel is not for you. The staff was also really good.

Room Tip: Top floor, less noise from pool.

Stayed at this hotel during our recent extended family trip in Jan 2017. Was quite appalled by the quality of the hotel.

Firstly, the design is seriously flawed, whoever design this has some issue understanding simple common sense. The bedside tables are literally a slab of painted glass with sharp corners. We did bring our children for this holiday, and made us very worried when they are playing around in the bedroom. While thankfully we are able to barricade those horrible things with chairs and luggage, it did manage to struck my waist on the first day, quite a painful experience.

Also, there is literally no place for you to hang the towel inside and outside the shower, we have other options but to drip wet the already slippery tiles.

We also found the window latch missing 1 of the 2 screws, rendering the window completely unsecured. After getting maintenance to fix it, again the screw just drop off when we try to use it.

Lastly, when opening the fridge, it kind of drop to one side. Apparently one of the feet was hanging from the wooden that seems to have broken off.

This hotel doesn't seem to take into account the guests safety and comfort when staying with them. No way we are coming back.

First and foremost, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience we caused you, especially because when you got bad experience regarding the bedside table. Once again, we are apologize.

We also have noted about your concerns on towel hanger, window door and fridge wooden holder. We have coordinated with all the department concern to rectify all the facilities you mention, in order not to have the issues raised up in the future.

Hopefully that we can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. It would be such a pleasure to welcome you back to our improved hotel!

Worst hotel experience ever. Complained to the hotel mgmt (although not sure of his title, as we weren't allowed to speak with the General/Hotel manager). It took 3 days to respond and all they could offer was extended checkout and hotel transfers to airport, both which weren't required and did not adequately compensate for the issues. We were meant to stay for 11 nights, changed hotels once management couldn't fix the issues or compensate us appropriately. Issues....room was clinical and not comfortable, lounges broken and unusable, kitchen area smelt like sewage and there was no kitchen items that enabled you to cook, aircon broken 3 times, more water came out of the shower connection at the wall than the actual shower head, Riverview (mis representation of the property), it was a disgusting brown, stinky, rubbished littered river, staff were unfriendly, buffet breakfast had no bacon/pork (apparently a policy at all Harris properties, which need to be advertised at the time of booking or on their website) and catered for Muslim people (western food section was general three options and it was mainly gross), food stations were always empty, area was too hot and too loud, hotel too far for walking and the area not serviced much by taxis.

Generally staff we're not welcoming.

Property is really run down and in desperate need of repairs. It was like a ghost town, despite having some many rooms. Not a warm, welcoming feeling....will never stay at a Harris property again.

Regarding to your complaint to the management, we're clarify to our Manager and he already introducing himself as Mr. Wisnu, the Front Office Manager and also inform to you that General Manager was out of the hotel at that time. Mr. Wisnu also wait and call to your room to make sure you're in hotel so that he can meet you to clarified the issues but unfortunately you're not available and you are also already confirmed that you're not in the hotel. We are apologize if the compensations didn't meet your

As well in regards to lounge, kitchen, air conditioner, and shower water in your room, our team have taken this issues right away without delay to ensure that this would not effected to other guest's experience. To prevent these issues to happen in the future, we start to renovate our rooms.

Regarding the Riverview, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay from external disturbances which beyond our control. HARRIS Residence 2 Bedroom, the room you're staying at, having 2 sides of room view to main pool view which more quite and river view. Should you consider a return stay in the future, please don't hesitate in contacting us directly and we will ensure your room allocation will be allocated at the main pool view as a priority for a more memorable stay.

We appreciated the time you spent to explain your disappointment with our policy concerning the Food. The Management decision took based on the best for both parties specially the customers sides. We have noted your comments and have reviewed them with our team. We always try deliver the best service quality to all of our customers and it is unfortunate that you feel differently.

About the location, we are 10 minutes away from Kuta beach and we are provide shuttle bus drop off service for free everyday, 3 times a day, to go to Kuta area. For other location, we can help you to get the taxi. All you have to do, just click 0 and our staff will be happy to assist you.

Usually we also get good comments about our staffs and their response to requests and it is sad to hear that they have not lifted up to your expectation. We will use your comments during upcoming staff training in an effort to improve our service standards.

Above all, once again we do apologize for any inconvenience we caused. We do hope that there will be another chance to serve you again.

Lovely big clean rooms, friendly staff and nice and quite for families. Great value for money and very reasonably priced room service and lunch menu. Our family loved our week stay over New Years. We had 2 adults and 3 teenage boys in a large family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was perfect for us with plenty of room.

Room Tip: I would definitely ask for a main pool view room as these are the best rooms in my opinion.

We stayed 3 days 2 nights at this friendly hotel. It is conveniently located in Kuta within walking distance to a supermarket, banks, beaches and shops. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Our room is clean and spacious.
