I stay at suite room. Really a good place to stay with family....
The Orange colors & friendly staff welcome us nicely.
The room cleanest makes us comfortable as soon as we walk to our room.
i like the aroma therapy they provide in the room..
I can enjoy staying in the room watching LCD TV supported with lots of channel.
The room service is fast n responsive.
I always choose harris river view every time i come to Bali....

I book hotel for 3N from agoda, for business trip. To make reimbursement possible, I need hotel bill. And then Hotel staff refuse to print out hotel bill, since I book from 3rd party -agoda- instead of direct book. Argue few times. Hotel offer absolutely no solution. I desperately need the paper. I just hope our office will not refuse reimbursement.
Very bad experience, very unhelpfull staff. This is the first time, hotel reject of guess request. To print out the bill is an easy way, as I experince with many others hotel.
Otherwise, food not so good. Bathroom bit small, closet misplaced (not center), very small space for right leg.

I love the swimming pools that are provided in the hotel, since I love to swim. They are very clean and beautiful. My 3 years old daughter also enjoyed the hotel very much. She likes the Dino club and dancing with Dino everyday. This hotel is suitable for family holiday.

Stayed for 2 nights. They allowed us to check in early (11am) and also to check out late (1pm). However our flights back home were not until the evening, so it was arranged that we could extend our checkout until 6pm (for an extra 350,000 IDR) which was very accommodating.
The restaurant's food was very good, and we had their buffet breakfast both mornings - convenient and wide selection.
Our 2 kids, age 7 and 6, really liked the place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the main pool. The kids shared a room (2 singles) and it was nice to have our own bedroom and en-suite. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. We were very pleased with the room.
2 things though stand out to me that are negative. The main pool doesn't have a closing time at night, and so potentially the noise of the pool guests can keep you awake is you plan to go to bed before 10. I was concerned it would keep my kids up. The other thing is that music is played throughout the hotel during the day and into the evening. So if you plan on taking a mid-day nap it might be irritating. I always travel with earplugs so I was still able to get my sleep. So I wouldn't say the rooms are well sound proof.
There are 4 pools (some people have said 3 pools in their reviews, but there is actually 4)
The staff are super friendly and we would definitely stay here again.
It's close and convenient to points of interest, and very easy to catch a taxi out the front.
I wish we had longer time at the hotel before we left.
If you are expecting a beautiful "riverview" you will be disappointed. There is a river within view (just behind the hotel) but it's dirty...like all the other rivers and waterways in Bali. That didn't bother us though, we didn't pick the hotel for it's river view - just because of it's location, 2 bedroom apartment and quality pricing.
A week before we stayed here, we briefly stopped by and asked to see a 2 bedroom apartment and they happily showed us around, so we could see before committing to stay (as you cant always trust online photos) So they are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastice experience when I stayed 12 nights at this hotel. I have worked in the hair and beauty industry for 20 years and enjoyed using the Happy Feet Spa. NUNGKI gave me one of the best massages I have ever had in my life :D The staff went above and beyond expectations. The quality and value of room service food was exceptional. Free shuttle into beach/shopping area's was a welcomed service as I was travelling alone. I felt safe using the service. Would definetly stay again.
