The check in process was horrible the girl Asnti did not greet us rather she asked us our passports right away. She did not explain how breakfast would work or how to access different areas around the resort. She did not explain that room service stops at 1030pm we missed dinner and were surprised when we called for room service at 1045pm that we could not order anything. Another big surprise was pool towels are issued for a deposit at the reception area. No one told us this!!!! We got to find out when we were at the pool that we needed to walk back to the reception to get towels and had to pay 100,000 IDR deposit for the towels. I was also disappointed by the beach towels as they were old and had stains on them.
Our bathroom was extremely small with mold/water stains on the ceiling. There are no shower mats for sleak shower tiles. This is a huge fall safety risk especially when showering with soapy water. They only had 2 big towels in our room no small towels. The room had a musty smell and sometimes smelled of sewer. This was my first and certainly last time to visit this resort... blah!More
