Description: For over four decades we have welcomed visitors and friends from around the world to these hanging gardens of Kuta, offering them fine dining and calming respite from the ever-increasing hustle and bustle beyond our walls. Our current menu includes several house favourites that remain as popular today as when we introduced them in 1973.

Poppies restaurant is always a must for us every visit whether for lunch or dinner. As soon as you walk through the gates it instantly feels like a quiet secret garden, cool, quiet and the staff always bring out the refreshing cold towels. The food is fantastic and the individual hand carved coconuts that are the legendary pina coloda's are a must. We have had a look at the Poppie's accommodation too which was fantastic but unfortunately they were all booked out, but we would love to try some time.

The first time I came to Bali, I know poppies restaurant on tripadvisor, so I was keen to visit, very nice scenery, gardens pretty.I order beef curry, I am from Srilanka, and I think the feeling here is very tasty curry. The waitress was very nice and friendly, why is everyone wearing saroong that there are holes in the knees?? so is torn or trend here??

Went to this lovely restaurant 14 years ago and again this year (2013) The menu, staff, ambience, is second to none. The cocktails in coconut with decorations is still fantastic. My husband, children (19 and 16) and G/F (18) absolutely loved the place. You would not know the hustle and bustle is just outside. It is such a tranquil oasis. Beautiful garden setting with water falls. Prices of food is excellent, fresh seafood. Cannot fault it.

On the busy streats of Kuta you don't expect to find a peaceful place to eat like Poppies Restaurant!
Food and service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.
