service was great, it is a good place. very clean hotel. they clean every day. if you want to go to bali you definitly need to go to sintesa. it is a little far away from the centre of kuta. the food was also great!More

Everything is a bit too old. It smells bad, seems cheap. Even some of the fish in the aquarium are dead and not taken out. This is far from a good hotel in terms of european standards. If you consider booking it rethink it i regret booking 3 nights here cause its a high priced hotel for bali but so far the worst experience.

We had a wonderfull stay at the sintesa. Staff is really really friendly. Especially radna!!!!
Rooms are really nice and clean. At breakfast there was a lot of choice. Only little negative was the situation of the pool.

Booked the sintesa 3 bedroom apartment. Arrived to a in the middle of nowhere empty ran down hotel. The photos are nothing like the reality. The pools cold and dirty with frogs in the water and algae in the kids pool making it completely unusable, broken lights, rusty shower and it just goes on. The apartment was spacious and overall not terrible, however again nothing like the photos and extremely ran down... stained dirty furniture and bedding, ripped bathroom blinds that didn’t work, broken shower head. Breakfast was unappetising... everything tasted like it had sugar in it even the cheese slices and beef bacon. I can imagine this place could have been lovely a number of years ago, but neglect has turned it into a disaster. The kicker was the price is still set as if it were a real 4 star resort, even beers were more expensive than in Australia and spa prices highest I’ve seen in Bali...nothing makes sense about the structure of this as a business and considering the place was near empty I suspect it will not survive long if they don’t realign reality with expectation. Staff were nice albeit a bit all over the shop.

The staff was amazingly nice. Especially the women that showed us the room (unfortunately do'nt know her name). The swimmingpool was very beautiful and the hotel had such a nice appearance. The room was nice as well.

Great service and fabulous staff! Very relaxing hotel. There is free shuttle bus leaving every hour for ones willing to spend some time at the beach, visit the shopping areas or to enjoy food at the seafood restaurants right at the beach. Staff at the hotel will make you feel like at home. I would recommend though to book the rooms with direct light :) Have no doubt when back to Bali , will be back to stay in Sintesa!
