So friendly and welcomening staff, all of them! Clean, big pool, nice bar /restaurant with pool table. Nice spa and yoga class. Easy free shuttel to beach. Very good breakfast. Only negative is that the pool and sundeck is mostly in shadow and makes water bit cold. More

We were there for 1 week and had a great time and really enjoyed the staff. They were personable and provided the most amazing service. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The food was good and the Bar Ber was a great place to relax. The only draw back was that we felt we had to plan our days because of the location. the shuttle that runs every hour to the beach was good, but meant we couldn't just decide to go to the beach for dinner, but had to organise when we got there and make sure we were finished by a certain time.
While the shuttle doesn't reach everywhere, a cheap taxi or driver can get you where you want to go fairly easily.
The hotel felt a bit empty but that was good for us, we quite often felt like we were the only people there and we had a lot of peace and quiet.

The hotel is wonderful, with big convenient areas and the most important there are many activities and fitness choices as aquaerobic, stretching in the pool, fitness gym, yoga lessons..ask for Erick who runs all the fitness center!i will visit the hotel again for sure!!

How to begin?? We stayed at the Sintesa for 3 weeks and we had such a great time here. We had a good room with a view to the beach, the room is spacious and cleaning was very good. It has everything you need. Nice bathroom, good kingsize bed, satelliet tv, safe, slippers, bathrobe. The swimmingpool is nice and clean and the sunbeds good.
The breakfast was good, nice fresh Bread and sweets as danish, croissants. They have their own bakery. The food in the restaurant is great, asian and international. Chef Tomy and his staff prepare everything fresh. But the main thing is all the staff. These people are all so fiendly, warm and will do everything to give you a great time and a pleasant stop. Many thanks to all of you. Mr Zury and the frontdesk staff, Chef Tomy and his staff, Mr Henry and his staff. You all made our stay in Bali and the Sintesa a great experience.
We recommand your hotel and will gladly return wen we stay in Bali again.

We visit the Sintesa Jimberan for 3 weeks.
Its imposible to write what a great Experience we had. The service, the great food from chef Tomy and his staff, the staff off the reception with mr. Zury. The staff of the restaurant with mr. Hery. We have bin in a lot off hotels but never had this great experience. Thank you all.
