I did a month in Bali travelling around and staying at different hotels, this was by far the best hotel that I stayed at and a lot of that came from the staff. They were some of the nicest people I met, they took the time to get to know me, made me feel right at home and always went above and beyond with any request I had. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Thanks again everyone for making my last few days in Bali so comfortable and memorable, I'll be coming back.More

We enjoyed our 6-night stay in the Junior suite, thanks to a Groupon voucher. The room was spacious, with a glamorous bathroom equipped with both shower and bathtub. Fine furniture and a nice view over the coast was a bonus, however the best credit goes to staff attitude, according to both of us. Always smiling and accommodating , they made your stay really relaxed and enjoyable, with great dinners on menu, and with an handy hourly shuttle bus to/ from the beach. Top score.

We stayed 3 nights at The Sintesa in Jimbaran and we really loved the hotel and especially the service and the nice staff! The hotel is pretty new and in a nice and clean condition! The breakfast is served as a buffet and you can choose from indonesian or continental dishes! All in all very satisfying! The offer a free shuttle service to the Jimbaran beach, where they also have free longchairs and umbrellas for their guests! The fresh fish at the several restaurants by the sea are awesome! We wennt to Made Café and had a red snapper fro lunch! Try it!
They also have a nice bar, located by the pool! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

We recently spent 6 nights here as a package with My Holiday Centre. From the start we had a warm welcome and it continued throughout our stay. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a junior suite which was great lots of room and housekeeping was a high standard. The shuttle goes every hour to the local shopping centre where there is a general store to pick up general supplies. We mostly ate at the hotel as food was of a very high standard and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great and some different dishes each morning. The tour groups had their breakfast in a separate area so wasn't too busy or noisy. We had some delicious dinners thanks to head chef Tomy for recommending and serving us such lovely food and all the chefs there. We stayed last year at the Westin in Nusa Dua but the food here was far superior. The presentation and quality was exactly the same each time as we had the same dish a couple of times. We had some good cocktails at the bar also.
We hope to come back and thanks to all staff for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed at the Sintesa Jimbaran with the independence day package in the standard room. Price wise its very reasonable compared to similar level hotels in the jimbaran area, rooms are clean and very very spacious for a standard room. It is also in a secluded area on the jimbaran cliff away from the main road so it is very quiet. There are some room for improvements to be made though. The checkin process takes a very long time, very inefficient staffs, alot of waiting time. I booked through the Sintesa website and inputted my CC to be processed then. However, the payment was not processed and i had to reprocess the payment during check in.
I stayed here for 2 nights, both set of bath towels that were prepared in the room smells bad. Breakfast selection was pretty good but food taste is not up to par for a 5 star hotel.
All in all, if the minor issues above are addressed, it can be a good value 5 star hotel that you can consider.
It is also one of the first hotels that connects with you through WhatsApp, enabling you to connect with the manager instantly for urgeny issues.

We are very happy staying in this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. The vibe is also nice with a hill view. The pool, restaurant, spa giving out a very relaxing vibes. Even though the location is quite far from other attraction, we could still go to movenpick for some shops.
