They went out their way to make our stay a happiest time. we never experienced this service anywhere else. Gorgeous space and high quality rooms but felt really empty and under utilised. For example the stunning rooftop was empty and no bar facility in sight. Otherwise everything you would expect from a top class hotel. Transport to and from location is cheap and easy so don't be put off by being slightly removed from the busy areas.

Stayed for 10 nights with my wife and 3 children. Rooms were clean and nice. Wifi was good. The breakfast was ok. Location is a bit isolated. You need a car or motorbike to get around. Shuttle only goes to one overpriced supermarket and the beach restaurants and sometimes you have to wait as it's full.
The hotel itself is looking worn.
The main issue is the pool. It's nice until lunch, then the pool is in shadows from the sun. You have to sunbake around the corner away from the pool. The small baby pool was always dirty.

I stayed just for one night on the last day of my trip to Bali as the hotel is just 20 minutes away to airport. The deluxe room is spacious and I like the size of the television . Bathroom is spacious and breakfast is good. Wifi working well and it is free. Big nice pool too.

Fourteen of us stayed at Sintesa for 7 days in July with a scoopon deal. In terms of value for money it was very good, so it was above average for the price we payed, and the price was quite low. Spacious rooms, good food and reasonable prices for drinks. Lots of specials and happy hours, together with the scoopon vouchers meant you got a lot for the money. Staff were really good, special shout out to Kevin who was awesome. The place itself lacked atmosphere and looked like it was set up to host a lot more people than they had. Sometimes we felt like the only ones there, which wasnt always a bad thing. The pool was the biggest disappointment as it was quite large and nice but almost always shaded so was quite cold, although we knew this from other reviews. Additionally i think this time of year in this location it was quite windy and we often felt as though we were in a wind tunnel! Neither of these things could be helped and we just worked around them. The shuttle down to jimbaran was good and the staff went over and above to make us comfortable. They were more than happy to transfer us to the bali dynasty rather than the airport, and looked after the kids for an extra hour one evening both at no extra cost. Overall a pleasant stay at a decent hotel.

Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and barber bar and restaurant good menus. Spa facilities and staff lovely had two enjoyable massages. Free shuttle bus every hour makes access to beach and other nearby cafes very easy. Only issue for us was the pool was a bit chilly but thoroughly enjoyed stay and would recommend
