The hotel is highly recommendable. The staff is more than helpful and does everything to ensure you have a great time at the Sintesa. It is not directly at the beach but the hotel provides shutte service every hour. The pool is so big, great for having a swim. Also nice breakfast. More

It was a last minute decision to travel to Bali for the Xmas / New Year period 2016/17. We had been to Bali a couple of times before without children more than 15 years ago.
I am so pleased we chose this hotel as the rooms are great, facilities are good, staff are fantastic, location so nice and quiet. Went down to Kuta / Legian etc area and it is so busy and the traffic is bad. The hotel's prices for food is really reasonable for a hotel of this standard. Taxis are cheap. Not far from The Rock Bar which is a treat.
Great breakfast, good coffee at breakfast, massage area and staff good.
Really cannot say enough about this hotel.

Rooms are standard and everything works. The hotel feels a little soulless but it has everything you. Red and expect for the price.
The best thing was the food which was a cut above normal hotel fare. They have a good Chef.
The worst thing for us is that there was nowhere close to walk to. Relies on free shuttles.

Nice enough place, great service, excellent breakfast, wonderful pool.
The shuttle to the beach is frequently late.
The towels have this moisture smell.
The check-in takes forever.
Only one elevator is service for a hotel of this size is surprising.

A lovely hotel up from Jimbaran beach. The service in this hotel is the best I've received in Bali. Right from the check in we were made to feel part of the family. I had a massage at their wonderful spa, the gym is also very well equipped for a hotel gym. Breakfast was fresh and a good selection of western and Asian cuisine. The meal on NYE was wonderful and the service again very impressive. Thanks Sintesa for a fabulous break.

I dont know whether the bathroom was been cleaned everyday or not. The sheet not clean either. The air con not good after complained the air con was freezing. We cannot setting the aircon. The water was smelly at the beginning
