This is my 3rd returning stay at this Hotel. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the service and the friendliness of the staff.
It always made me feel at home. The staff always greet me by my last name.

We booked the Sintesa hotel through scoopon for 7 nights. Upon arrival we were overwhelmed with the high level of hospitality from the staff, and the design of the hotel. We booked a superior room but they upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge.
Daily buffet Breakfast was amazing with so much variety. Every meal we ordered from the hotel was excellent.
The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The BARber area where you can have a beer or cocktail anytime was fantastic, and had a relaxed vibe. They even had a Barber who does mens haircuts for free. There is also a wellness centre for massages, spa and saloon.
The hotel is only 15 mins taxi from Kuta and 5 minutes from Jimbaran Bay. It is quiet and peaceful, away from all the hustle and bustle of Kuta, but still close enough to main shopping areas. They also run a free shuttle service to the beach every hour.
We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable stay in Bali. We will definitely be returning next year!

We had a great holiday at the Sintesa. It is very well laid out, pool and bar areas are awesome and the hotel has that grand WOW factor when you arrive.
I have two kids and they were easily entertained. We stayed in the Junior Suite which suited us perfectly. Rooms were nice and quite which was great.
Nice little gym avaiable which I used a lot. The spa service is very good too. A good choice of buffet breakfast was available. All in all a great place to stay and I would recommend to others

We spent 7 nights at Sintesa as we purchased a Scoopon deal. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The facilities are really fantastic and catered for all of our needs. We really enjoyed the lunch menu in particular and the breakfast is also really great value. There is a lot of potential for the roof top bar to be transformed into a romantic restaurant in the future. The staff were amazing and the massages were blissful. It was our first time to Bali so staying at SIntesa made our experience one of a kind. Sintesa also arranged a birthday surprise cake for my partner and they sang a birthday song with beautiful voices so lucky. I highly recommend this hotel to singles, couples and families you wont be dissapointed.
