I specifically went on this trip to have a relaxing experience, in order to rejuvenate myself during a stressful time. And that is exactly what I got. The experience was amazing - peaceful, quiet, excellent staff service, incredible food in the restaurant - can't fault anything.

We spent 7 nights at Sintesa as we purchased a Scoopon deal. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The facilities are really fantastic and catered for all of our needs. We really enjoyed the lunch menu in particular and the breakfast is also really great value. There is a lot of potential for the roof top bar to be transformed into a romantic restaurant in the future. The staff were amazing and the massages were blissful. It was our first time to Bali so staying at SIntesa made our experience one of a kind. Sintesa also arranged a birthday surprise cake for my partner and they sang a birthday song with beautiful voices so lucky. I highly recommend this hotel to singles, couples and families you wont be dissapointed.

We spent 2 nights in a suite, 2 adults & 3 kids. The room was huge with a separate living area, dining table , 2 toilets walk in robe. Ample space for my 7,4 & 1 year old. Breakfast was great, would have liked more variety. Pool area was great both covered and uncovered areas, nice surprise in the change room spa, sauna, steam room. The Barber bar was great, hidden barber who comes once a week you'll get a free shave with a drink purchase, which my husband enjoyed. The restaurant food was nice, they catered for kids which was great. Service was fantastic, they really make an effort to make your stay exceptional. I would rate the service at the hotel 5 star. We went to Jimbarun bay one night for a meal, great seafood restaurants along the beach. 15min taxi ride to centre. You can't really walk anywhere from the hotel, you'll need to take a taxi ride even to a 7eleven which is only a few minutes away. Daily shuttle takes you to the beach free ride. If you want a quite getaway, this is the place. Set on a cliff edge with spectacular views. For the price, great value for money, highly recommend for a short stay.
