Had a pleasant stay !

We are overwhelmed with the customer service from the hotel staff in every aspect. Really enjoyed the stay, nice rooms, new hotel, food is delicious. ....very impressed overall. Location is on the hill, however hotel provides free shuttle to beach, where you can get transport easily....

Peace and relax

Very good value for the price. The hotel is situated in the hill a bit far from Jimbaran beach but you will be relaxed and have a good views. Food, service and room are excellent. High quality for the price.

Incredible Service

The Sintesa is in the hills of the Jimbaran area. While it does not offer ocean views, the services and amenities make up for it! The real strength of this hotel is its service. I was FLOORED by the friendliness and responsiveness of the hotel staff, from house keeping to concierge to wait staff. Routine shuttles bring you to the beach and taxis to and from the beach and towns are very cheap.

Highly recommend The Sintesa

The Sintesa offered a great experience for a first visit to Bali. The happy friendly staff catered for our every need. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Food was really good and the room service excellent. Enjoyed the Asian cuisine. The Hotel manager was very helpful in making our stay memorable. Thank you to all at The Sintesa.

just perfect !

It was a great pleasure to spend 2 nights in this beautiful hotel.
Luxury, beauty, excellent food and very nice staff always available.
Free shuttles to go to Jimbaran beach
