The Sintesa is a beautiful Hotel (not a Resort as such) - the other reviews of the pool being cold are very accurate. There is a small (warm) kids pool which is where we spent our time. Everyone was very attentive, Shuttle service is great for trips to the beach, room service was devine (differs to the restaurant). We really enjoyed our time there

Rooms large clean and very comfortable

Very new and nice hotel at the top of the hill, some distance from the beach. But they offer a free shuttle to the beach every hour, and it takes between 5 and 10 minutes. Very practical. Excellent service from the front desk, but some run-in problems in the restaurant. The service was also friendly there, but sometimes it felt lite the staff was a bit "over-eager". Also when ordering lunch in the bar the delivery of the food took a very long time. Nice rooms.

We loved our 10 days stay at Sintesa.
Staff was great and everyone went above and beyond.
Shuttle service is a great plus and took us even for extra rides when needed.
Beach is 5 min away and offers a lot of food choices.
The hotel also offers great food and we loved a Tofu dish (can't remember the name)...
super family friendly.
Definitely a good base for your stay in Bali
Jimbaran is so much nicer than other crowded suburbs and we enjoyed spending our stay there.
