The hotel is located on the hill and it's about 15-20 mins away from the airport without any jams. Most hotels in Jimbaran are quite far in, so don't expect any shops or massage outlets outside the hotel. There is a mini mart just before turning into the slip road.

The hotel offers airport transfers for 120K Rp ( pick up from airport ) and 100k ( drop off at airport). I didnt know they had airport transfers and had arranged for one that cost me 150K. Upon arrival you will have to put a deposit with them. 500k a night.

They also provide shutters to Jimbaran beach and back every hour starting at 9am till 9pm. Other than the shutter, the only way out is by taxi which the hotel will call for you. Do take their address /map card along as many taxi drivers don't seem to know where it is. Ave cost of going to Kuta beach by taxi is about 100k.

As the hotel is rather new, only one wing is opened now while the other wings are still under renovation. We booked the junior suite and as this is the promotional period, I thought it was rather reasonable. The hotel's opening ceremony is in June 2016. The rooms are big but lacks lighting around the dining area. The toilets are the main highlight of the room. Big and spacious with a walk in wardrobe. Toilets are equiped with both showers and bath tub. My room faced the pool but unfortunately the lower floors are blocked by trees hence there isn't any view. The mini bar is also free consisting of 2 bottles of water, 2 cans of coke and beer, kitkat, chips and nuts. Not too sure if it will be free forever.

At the moment, the spa ( massage) and gym facilities are available for guest. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzie are free. Men and Women in differernt rooms. The gym is really well equiped! However, the hair salon is not ready yet.

Breakfast was nice and the spread was just nice in my opinion. The coffee was good too and it wasn't the usual kind of hotel breakfast coffee. You can ask for hot chocolate too!

The hotel was really nice to grant us a late check out at 6.30pm on the day we departed from bali. I guess it's because there isnt a high occupancy rate. They also suprised me with cake on my birthday which made it very memorable. The staff there are friendly and they even address me by my name. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Sintesa.

This is a brand new Jimbaran Hotel and it's really good. The staff is superb and makes every effort to make the stay here comfortable. We're vegetarian and although the breakfast didn't have many vegetarian options, the staff offered to get something specially made to suit us. The chef made a delicious Nasi Goreng and came over to our table to check if everything was okay. All other staff members are very friendly and helpful too. The location of the hotel is not very convenient but there's an hourly shuttle to the Jimbaran beach and the hotel makes arrangements for taxis upon request.

On our last night here, the hotel left some delicious cookies and a thank you note in our rooms. Made my son really happy :)

All in all a great place to stay!

The room is clean and tidy, big room with fully AC. staff are very kind and polite, free shuttle to jimbaran beach for whole day. Hotel provide complimentary cake for my wife birthday without my expectation..im so happy.
