We had a dinner at Bella Cucina when we stayed at Intercontinental for our family vacation. They offer great Italian food but we were more impressed with the service. They set special table to accommodate our kids and you could tell that they are used to cater to families with small kids. Upon learning that we preferred gluten-free meal, they immediately consulted the chef and came up with recommendation for gluten-free pasta and gluten-free bread that were not on the menu.

We had a wonderful experience dining at the Italiano restaurant on the resort. The manager was outstanding and his staff went out of their way to make it our best meal in Bali.

The restaurant is set slightly off the pools area and serves great Italian food.The service, like the rest of the hotel is flawless.

The first impression of Manager Edi and his staff were they care about their guests and will provide excellent customer service.

From the pleasant greeting at the welcoming front door, through the meal and continuing to the sincere thank you, good bye and please come back - the customer service was some of the best we have had.

Edi, made great recommendations for meal choices, the restaurant has an outstanding menu. As frequent travellers to Italia (and having eaten TOO MANY Italiano meals) we are always impressed when the restaurant menu is in Italiano! And English for us Canadians too!

All our meals were terrific, superb presentation and taste. The staff were extra-ordinarily polite both serving and waiting until all three of us had finished before unobtrusively swooping in and ever so politely clearing our meals etc.

Whenever you are in Jimbaran, or nearby Bali, ensure you stop into the beautiful Bella Cucina Restaurant within the luxurious InterContinental Bali Resort (easy secure parking or from the beach too), say good evening to Edi and his staff to enjoy a great Italiano meal and outstanding customer service.
