“Pleasant four nights stay!”
Reviewed June 21, 2014 via mobile

Great room, with features like universal socket (no need adapters), bidet toilet, good selection of cable TV channels etc. Wifi coverage not that great (but at least it's free!), lift buttons a little hard to press. And cool to see staff dancing near the pool! Thanks for the pleasant stay!

I tried to change the date of my booking, not possible..once arrived, no assistance from bell boy or anybody from the reception to bring my bag, not even an offer to carry it, at all.. i have been assist with female receptionist around asia and it usually is not a problem..
the hotel provide free shuttle service to Pandawa beach, but no information given during checked in unless asked.. fortunately i did, so i booked myself in and got replied that the receptionist need to check. Check in done, still no info if i can use the shuttle or not.
Once in the room, it is very orange, which bring the bright of my 'not so good mood' already.. amenities are very limited, empty mini bar, attached safe deposit which is a good thing. the water from shower is smelly when the first time you on it, but let it run for a few minutes then it'll be normal. TV has varieties of channel, so if you plan to stay in room most of the time, this is a good point. called back to reception to find the info on the shuttle, finally manage to book myself in.
Diner at roof top was ok, it has a promotion for the month saying what's included but no info, again, from the waiter of what to expect.. my spring roll come in a 'huge' bunch that i don't even have space for a proper meal, let alone finish it.. I arranged my birthday diner at the roof top and specifically request to have the meal in order, never happened! despite the fact that i stay in the hotel, i cant do room charge of 145$ bill.. poor Somer has to chase me to my room to get my card out of the safe deposit with my guest following me.. if you are looking for a place to be embarrassed, this is a perfect place!!

The hotel is quite new (just having its 1st birthday party).
Rooftop view is good, especially for sunset.
However the location is quite far, hence you need to pay more for taxi if you want to go to Kuta or Sanur beach.
However, it's quite close to Jimbaran beach.

If you want to experience Balinese culture, don't go to this hotel. It's owned and decorated by foreigners who don't care for Balinese culture or arts. It's miles from any restaurants, shops, beaches or cultural sites. The sidewalks were under construction so we had to pay even more for taxis. Rather choose Ubud, Nusa Dua or Jimbaran beach for better accomodation.

Nice and friendly team. The room are spacious but not so convenient if you want to stay more than just 2 nights as the wardrobe is pretty small and no shelves or drawers available. Free And fast Wifi which is a real plus! The location offers a beautiful view over the bay nevertheless the hotel is on the way to Uluwatu Temple so get ready for bad traffic. Overall a good experience for a very reasonnable price.

We stayed at Harris in Jimbaran for two nights, and it was decent for the price, roughly $50 USD/night. You may find a better hotel/location for the price, but we stayed at this particular location because of the proximity to the wedding we attended at the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Pecatu. The first room they put us in was on the first floor, right by the pool area. It had a really funky smell and had two double beds instead of a king. We requested to be transferred to a different room with a king bed and also a higher floor, which the front desk accommodated without any problems. The 2nd room was a lot better and cleaner as well. The pool area was nice, although we didn’t take advantage of it. The hotel grounds were ok, some areas were under construction. The rooftop bar had a nice setup, although they were closed when we went up to check it out. The staff was really nice and helpful. We took the free shuttle that runs to Pandawa beach, and it was a local holiday weekend so the beach was really packed with mostly locals. The beach itself wasn’t anything special but it was the closest to the hotel. This location in particular was about a 45 minute drive to Kuta, with light traffic. We tried the breakfast buffet at the restaurant, and it was ok for the price you pay ($7-$10 USD/person). Like the other comment(s), there's not a whole of things to do around the hotel. Only restaurant was the Thai place next door and the hotel.
