Never could imagine we would find such a wonderful restaurant in Bali. We like good food and were looking for a nice spot and we were so surprised to find both at a reasonable price! We tried the tasting menu - which we recommend - and we couldn't decide which was our favorite dish. They were all out of this world. The place is spotless, elegant, charming, romantic and spacious. The staff is so nice and the chef came to our table at the end of the meal to talk to us and give us advice on what to do in Bali, which was really nice too. Definitely will come back and definitely recommend.

The tapas were wonderful and very tasty. You can order a three tapas menu by chosing among the overall 2 dozens suggested. Some of them are quite simple and pretty much fit for the kids (meatballs).
We went back yedterday just for a drink at the bar... on the contrary, choice is poor on cocktails and other beverages....and 2 people got sick probably because of the ice cubes ...i guess it's better to stick to the wine list...

We stopped by for an impromptu dinner without reservations and wee fortunate to get to have the tasting menu experience. Our friend had a colleague that recommended this place and we had our driver take us here after a day of temple touring. We did not really have any other information prior to dining, but I am very glad we did not miss out.

The restaurant looks like very fine dining upon arrival. We were not dressed incredibly nice, but not trashy either. The menu had a disclaimer that it is NOT fine dining, despite having a chef from some of the most spectacular fine dining restaurants in the world!

We had the tasting menu, which was a set of dishes meant to share. The food and tastes were spot on. There was not a single thing that I did not enjoy, even those I was not sure I would like. I have been fortunate to experience fine dining and good food at many locations in the world, and would not hesitate to add this to a place for serous foodie type people to try. The tasting menu is also very cheap (by Western standards) at 488,000 Rupiah per person. 3 of us, with drinks had a total bill of 2.4 million rupiah, which is not unreasonable for the calibre of food , amount of food, and the drinks that we had.

If I find myself in Bali again, I will make it a point to eat here once again!
