Dine in this place is such an experience. The unique taste stays in your mouth even after you leave the gate. The food and drinks indulge not only your mouth and eyes, but also intriguing your thinking. The open kitchen is amazing, you can come and chat with the chef, also take photos with the chef wearing the chef suits. The restaurant atmosphere is as intriguing as the food they serves, both classy and mysterious. In addition, we was also told that they only uses local natural ingredients. A true local molecular experience!

We are residents of Jimbaran area and heard about this new Tapas restaurant, tried with friends who are visited.
Its cool & nice design of interiors and restaurant itself, more than enough space in the garden area located in Kayumanis Jimbaran(But completely separate from the resort management). We loved sitting area in the garden with few drinks.Although staff, service are good enough, price and portion are not matched... We are definitely going back for few drinks!

When my husband and I arrived at Cuca we were given three choices of where to sit, the garden, the dining room or the japanese style bar. We chose the bar and it was the first of many delightful surprises that evening. It was fascinating because we sat overlooking the kitchen and watched the service, the dishes being prepared and the banter. We were surprised and delighted that the chef delivered the exquisit dishes to us and had a little anecdote about each one. Describing the flavors, the origins of the ingredients and the inpiration for how it came to be on the menu. This food is made with love and it was delicious, not to mention excellent value for money. For the same in Australia I'd expect to pay more than double. It was a highlight of our holiday to Bali and will long remain etched into our memory.

Despite the Bali competition, there are still young men and women like Kevin and Virginia making their mark on the food scene by dint of passion, inspiration and focus.

Haiyan and I would like to express our gratitude to the finest dining experience we have ever had anywhere in the world. Totally original, marvelous textures and flavours and outstandingly warm service and customer focus. We have found something special here. At Cuca they're as interested in rewarding achievement and celebrating a commitment to excellence and attention to detail as we are, and it shines through as the highlight of our trip to Bali.

Wow. What can I say. We went there thinking it was a tapas joint. When we arrived, we thought it was going to be really pricey as it looked fancy. It wasn't. It was reasonable. Excellent friendly service - the husband (chef) and wife owners were such accommodating people. The best bit was the fusion of foods using local produce. I would'nt call him Heston Blumenthal, but how he deconstructs simple foods and creates his version of it is great. We had such a great night and would definitely go back.
