I made a dinner reservation to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Upon entry, we were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to the table with the best view of sunset. Guess being early bird had its benefit!
Sundara has an extensive drink menu elaborating the history of Indonesia and blended their drinks by infusing local herbs & spices. We had Gin-Based Cocktails and they were delightful!
We also love the idea that you can choose the serving size of each dish, from Appetizer, Entree to Dessert. We ended up with a fantastic 7-course dinner, which finished off with a on-the-house birthday treat from the dessert bar.
This treat was non other than the award winning chocolate "art-piece" which totally made our night a very memorable one.

Visit this place to try their Dessert. I ordered 3 kinds of dessert, which are Strawberry Makrut Lime, Crunchy Bar and Their Winning Dessert named Samurai by Chef Yusuke Aiko. Overall, dessert was great and recommended. However, The Samurai dessert only available at dinner time only. But don't worry, this place is open until 11.30pm for dinner time. So, this place can be an option for those who want to eat dessert quite late at night. This place is next to the Sea. You can hear the waves and eat your dessert.

Having viewed the sunset at the outdoor cocktail lounge, we ate dinner at the adjacent restaurant, with its stunning views over the beach, and when night had fallen the lights of the arriving aircraft. The menu is so interesting, allowing you to choose share dishes ranging from small to large. We had the signature crab and coconut dish prepared at table, prawns in bêtel leaf, spicy quail, slow cooked lamb soups vide. All fantastic flavours, stunningly presented, and just the right quantities. The service was very professional. Friendly knowledgeable waiters and an excellent Maître D.

The brunch was nice, not reinventing the wheel but having a fully staffed kids club was the highlight. We could enjoy our afternoon while our children were safe and not annoying us. Haha
