Outstanding for it"s beach and fresh seafood. We stayed here as the rates were on special at about 50% off with internet booking . The Keraton Resort is notable for it's beautiful interior design of public spaces in a traditional Balinese style. The rooms are furnished with gorgeous carved wood.
We had a superior room and it was large and spacious .The grounds are beautifully landscaped and they have a large collection of mature bonsai trees .
The Keraton resort is located in a traditional fishing village of Jimbaran. The beach is wide , in a large bay with fine , white sand and gentle waves. You can walk on the beach in the morning and see the fishermen come in with their catch . The best seafood in Bali comes from this village and next to the resort are local restaurants that serve incredible fresh seafood at tables on the beach .The setting is magnificent around sunset . They serve a large variety of fish and shellfish, grilled , at very reasonable prices . See LIa's Cafe reviews .
The hotel was great for a few days on arrival or departure from Bali as it's next to the airport. The only negative was that the management , did not go out of their way to accomodate. Also the English language skills of the front desk personnel was very weak .
