This was my 3rd visit at the hotel and as usual it has been a great experience. Especially the Club makes all the difference. Great afternoon tea in the afternoon and cocktails at the private pool or Lounge.

The Intercontinental Jimbaran Bay is quite simply our favourite place to stay. Fantastic staff, great food, lovely rooms and super facilities. The spa is fantastic. If you can't relax here you won't relax anywhere! We've stayed here lots of times and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Room Tip: We had a Singaraja room - totally recommend you upgrade to one of these. More spacious. Only gripe...

This resort was located along Jimbaran beach. We thought Nusa Dua beach was by far better than Jimbaran. The good thing for this resort was that this resort was next to famous Jimbaran sea-food restaurants. It was like 5mins walking distance.

When we first stepped on this resort, we could feel authentic Bali feel. The lobby was big but felt a bit dark and cold. It took so long to get into our rooms and my wife was upset with one of the staff as she felt rude. However, that didn't ruin our holiday.

This resort was really impressive in term of size. We even thought it was too huge. As our daughter asked to carry her all the time, this size of resort was a minus. Tiring to reach all resort corners. The quality of the hotel ground healed it as it was beautiful. The pool was big and lots of water fountain/fall. My daughter liked it. We found a playground at one corner which my daughter loved to play in it. While waiting, there was a hammock next to it for parents like us (so thoughtful). At night, there were hundreds of candle lighted up along the pathways. Very romantic (appreciate the effort).

The rooms was big and felt very much Bali. Classy. We booked Singaraja room and nothing to complain about. Bed, seats, cabinets were nice and in perfect setup. Bathroom was big and classic. Really authentic Bali.

We overall enjoyed this resort. We would recommend this to everyone. However, we would still prefer resort in Nusa Dua.

I was with my parents there, and we had an maisonette room! It is such a wonderful hotel, with the little rivers and the chillout zones. I absolutely wanna go again. They have a lot of different dinning offers and the morning buffets were also very nice. The beach is long, and you have a lot of space! I also learned surfing there, the hotel has an offert to learn it... And they had a lot of evening animations like barbeque or dancing at the beach. It will never get boring, and if you wanna habe your silence, it's also no problem because the resort is ver big.

Simply perfect, every place, restaurant, service, luxury. This is the perfect hotel for honey mooners! Everyone is really kind and helpful. The pool is the best part of the hotel.
"KO" restaurant is delicious and the tappanyaki chef is sublime, a real show you must see.

I had a great romantic stay with my significant other in the intercontinental hotel. The grounds were beautiful, extensive and well maintained. The beach was very well maintained and was one of the nicest if not the best in Bali. The resort itself seems a bit old and furnishings in the room is looking tired. The service was excellent with smiling staff calling you by name, a very personal touch. Our room however initially had a faulty air con which could not be fixed. However, this was solved by a free upgrade to another room which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was average, not bad though: I had better in other luxury hotels such as sofitel and Marriott in other resort destinations. The bed though was prob the best we slept in many hotels. The pillows and mattresses were very comfy and we had a good night sleep. Lastly Jimbaran bay is a very good romantic location. The sunset is perfect, waters clean and the seafood excellent at the warungs along the same beach as the hotel. I would recommend a stay at this establishment for the location and service.

The hotel area is very huge! The have so many buildings but they don't have any enough sign. That's can make guests a little bit confuse to find out the way to their room.
It has many pools with view to the beach directly.
It has private beach so we can enjoy the sunset, swimming at the sea, surfing, sailing, spa, or just do sunbathing.
On Saturday night, don't forget to watch SOB (Spirit of Bali), a Bali dance performance from 7-9 pm.
The hotel is located at Uluwatu, Jimbaran. Not so far from airport or Kuta area.
The service is excellent and it has so many breakfast menu.
Recommended for family or honeymooner.
