“Average fine dining”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2012

We dined there after reading a couple of reviews and thought the tepanyaki experience would be a bit of entertainment....which it was! The chef was amazing and the setting was beautiful (inside and out) which set high expectations for the food.
Unfortunately the food was VERY average and the price was ridiculous! RS $1.4 million for two ppl (set menu with no drinks)...Sadly disappointed!
Would be looking for another tepanyaki joint next time round....

“Great teppanyaki”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 13, 2012

We didn't risk the sushi but the teppanyaki grill was fantastic. A great one for kids as the chefs are very entertaining.

“Expensive but great food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 3, 2012

We went to the KO at the recoomedation of our villa manager. Be careful we almost did not get a seat as we did not book reservations - you need to book ahead especially on weekends.

This food was great - but for 5 people we paid about $500 - we did drink a lot of sake - so really save this place for special occassions.

We would go back - but maybe after we win the lottery!

“teppanyaki best experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 29, 2012

Reservation required.
Dont go on Thursday nite, its ALL U CAN EAT so its messy.
Teppaniaky is delicious and the ambience is amazing.
Ask for a total menu.
U can also have Sushi n Sashimi but its on an another area of the restaurant, and its cheaper of course.
Our private chef was very well trained... he made achrobatic cooking.
Loved it.

“Beautiful restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2012

We went for teppanyaki and really loved the restaurant itself and the Japanese gardens surrounding it. The staff were friendly and service was quick but I did not find the meat to be of good quality considering the high prices. We were offered several rounds of the food which was great, but I would have appreciated the evening more had KO focused on quality rather than quantity.
