We had a great time at the park however beware of a couple of things. We paid $95 per person so for 5 of us it was an expensive day out. This included elephant rides, photos etc with animals. You have to book your place for the elephant rides and we couldnt do it until 5.00pm, we had finished seeing everything by 2.30 so we didnt really feel like hanging around until 5 to ride the elephant for 10 minutes. We had had lots of interactions with them during the day so didnt feel we missed out (just paid more for it). Our package also included lunch which I will have to say was terrible. I could eat it and was worried how long it sat in the Bain marie being heated. The highlight was our time with the orangutan. Absolutely divine and worth it. In Australia there is no way you could interact with the animals like you can in Indonesia. All said it was a good day however take the cheaper package and buy your own food there.

I highly recommend a visit to Bali Safari . We had a full day of fun-filled activities and it was worth every cent. We bought the basic entry ticket and felt very satisfied with this. I have 5 year old twins who loved the water park, the amusement park rides , the photo with a baby orang-utan , the Safari bus , the vast array of animals on the property, the camel ride and the marine life. The food was delicious at Uma restaurant and throughout the entire park , the staff were great . Fantastic day out !

When we arrived we had decided to take the most expensive package which according to the pamphlets was $95 each. We thought this was value for money, 1/2 hour elephant ride, 10 min camel ride, photos, lunch with view of tigers etc as we went to pay they said it was $135 aus each. I am so glad we went for the package below because apart from the then 10min elephant ride, the only other good parts were have a hold of the baby orangutan, the safari drive and the 11am show, the girls spoke clear English. It was a total waste if money. A family of four it cost us $450. There is no marine park, coming soon apparently. The amusement park had three rides operating and there was a small water park. Lunch was nice but when we arrived the reception staff said they didn't know his much food costs inside. I thought this was quite poor service. So for the record, you can get pizzas for around $8.50. Do yourself a favour either don't bother going or take the cheapest package. You can't take food or drinks inside either.

We got there around 11am as advised by previous comments went straight to the water park and grabbed a locker for our belongings. (These are free) definitely take your togs and towels as we spent a couple of hours in the pool and on the log flume, roller coaster etc. we enjoyed the park and saw plenty of animals we didn't do much of the shows which meant while people were watching the park was pretty quiet to get around no queues or waiting. Very clean and tidy with lots of toilets everywhere. Our son is 14 and he enjoyed it as well. A lot of amenities if you have little ones but did notice a lot of their rides were not open however the pool area is a blast for the little ones.

I have been to Bali Safari and Marine Park, with my family and my 1-yo son.. For domestic tourist, they only offer the standard package.. (we can't buy for the Tiger Package??).
Lot of things that can be seen in this place, but it is not recommended to play in water park and fun zone (it is not so good)..
As compared to Safari Park in Bogor, Bali Safari has better facilities (like baby stroller rental, etc).
I spend my whole day (10 am - 17 pm) in this place, and my son was so excited to see many animals here.

Dear Dwitiya,

Thank you for your great compliment & critics. We are improving our waterpark & funzone and will relaunch it soon.
For your information, we have 2 package for domestic tourists, but you also could buy international (dollar) package such as rhino, leopard package, etc in dollar price.
We look forward to your next visit with improved experience.

Kind Regards,

Management of Bali Safari & Marine Park
