Our day started with an early morning rise, then off to the Marina Srikandi office by 7am, nice staff at the office, Put on an air conditioned large bus for the one hour plus drive to the harbour so far so good. Once we arrived at the harbour there were no directions given by the staff as to were to go so like sheep we all headed off in a direction until the sheep herder rounded us all up to give us directions to the wharf, one on the wharf again chaos people again like sheep were being rounded up in the heat whilst all we needed was to be told nicely were we needed to go.It gets a little worse I asked the deck hand/ baggage handler to please be careful of peoples bags as he was just throwing the bags onto the top of the boat, then another baggage handler then picked the bags and through them all in a heap. That was a mistake asking the baggage handler to be more careful he then through my bag with force onto the to deck yelling something to his mate in Indonesian hence his mate then did the same, the staff then rapt the bags in a big tarp, now to add salt to the tale they then during the trip sat on everyones bags. Our group was so displeased with the aggressive nature of the baggage handlers/ deck hands we did not do the return travel with them even though we had pre booked we all decided to right off our return fare of $50.00 per seat and travel with another company which turned out to be a good decision.In conclusion it was a nice clean air conditioned boat, good pleasant office staff with a deck crew with no respect or manners
