Out hunt for perfect property has come to an end with Hotel Valley View.
This is out 6th trip to mussoorie. We have stayed on various places within mall road ans off limits of mall road.
Hotel Valley view is conveniently situated on Mall road.Hotel provides good view of the Valley from Room as the name suggests.
Hotel has big parking and you can drive right to the hotel.
But you have to take a few stairs before reaching hotel reception. From hotel reception you have lift to rooms.
Hotel is at a shortcut location of 5 minute walk to Kalsang.
Room are very neat, cozy and tidy.Room has balcony with private sitting area, where you can sip your cuppa tea and enjoy the Doon Valley.
Hotel also has executive suites and family rooms at affordable price. Some of the Rooms have kitchen as well. You can opt for the room with kitchen if you are staying for long but you would have to get your own utensils.

Food was sumptuous and service quick. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at Hotel Valley View.

Had visited mussorie earlier this month with my family. As it was rainy season, we got ourselves a nice bedroom with 2 double beds at rs1500 per day. Room was clean, had two toilets, TV ,etc. Blankets were just OK. But at our request they gave us some sheets to put beneath the blanket. Room service was very prompt. As it was raining occasionally, we had ordered 2-3 meals at our room. Food was great in taste and most importantly despite of off season everything was absolutely fresh. Shahi paneer and aloo parantha were phenomenal.

A shortcut way leads directly to the market area. Hotel also has a big parking ground (which BTW was our first priority). Parking is fenced and a guard ensures security. Hotel is 60-70 steps above the parking. Overall my experience was very nice. I strongly recommend this hotel.

It is a good hotel but the need to improve on service. Rooms are big, nice and good and have TV and geyser for hot water but bed-sheets are dirty and even the blanket is dirty. We have asked to change the bed sheet but again they brought the dirty ones, so they should need to improve on this. Hotel is costly compared to the services they provide hence, need to negotiate with them a lot. Hotel is near to Mall Road so location wise it is good. Food is good and staff is also good.

We went to Mussoorie & booked this hotel after reading some good reviews about it on many websites.
The fact is, hotel has decent view however, the room conditions (delux) is very very bad. From room conditions, washroom,infrastrure(TV/Table/Sofa etc) is quite old, however when I saw standard rooms, they were far better then delux rooms though cheap.
If you really want to book this hotel, only go for Super Delux or Standard rooms, avoid delux rooms at any cost.
Apart from conditions, room service & staff is poor, for example they put same towels that we used after bath, can you imagine that?

Pl avoid.

I have spent 3 nights with my family, including two kids... And i must say it's was worth every rupee. Staff is Co operating, goes extra mile.. They fulfilled every request of ours... Getting bottles boiled n number of times which we required to feed four month old son. Extra mattresses.. You name it.. They were at your service. Their owner raghav too is a nice guy... Always helping

You got to try their aalu Paratha and paneer Paratha. Yummy

Small critique - avoid tea or coffee there... Coz they use amul tetra pack milk... N taste was not good...
