I stayed for three days and two nights. The rooms are comfortable. However the property is spaced out and takes some time to get used to. The staff is pretty helpful and nice. The food appears to be extremely overpriced. The breakfast buffet has a limited choice for non-vegetarians and could do with some improvement. The hotel could also do with a guide of what to see in Agra, rates of transport and some special shopping areas of Agra.

Room Tip: Please plan your stay especially with respect to meals. The tea/coffee replenishment is also chargea...

Stayed at this hotel as it was a 10 min drive from Taj Mahal
First as u arrive into the hotel, the bell boy picking the bags wasnt able to communicate and kept on saying ok although i was asking where they will take my bag.
They even take the bags and keep them at another desk which u recieve After checking in.
So basically anyone can say that the bag is theirs and takes and go. As they dont mark. Specially having alot of tourists checking in.
The rooms usually in india whatever hotel i stayed in will have towels either with stains or color is changed to greyish, which feels abit yuk... And this hotel had those types of towels.

Bed was little confrtable, and the internet is very expensive almost 5dollars each hour or half an hour cant remember.

Clean breakfast are and hotel. I came from the back side of the place where u order eggs and asked for an omlette as i was picking up other stuff and their counter was empty, and he asked me to come in front to order which is rude and like 1 min walk, and its An open place not as if he was in a cabin,
Then i made him take my order.
That is more of what i experienced, and would i tend to come back. No as i might try another hotel.

Stayed only one night whilst visiting the Taj Mahal. Drinks very expensive....£8 for a small glass of Jacobs creek. Food not exceptionally good. Too large and impersonal hotel to want to stay another night.

Room Tip: We visited the golden triangle and stayed here for one night. Very large and clinical hotel. No atmo...

we went as a couple.we checked into the hotel by 5.30am,first they asked us to pay fr another night but we were thinking, then they suggested us to wait in cafe lounge and by 6.30 we got checked in early.it was very nice.mr.vivek in reception is good and suggested this idea.had a gr8 time in swimming pool.the swim suits cost only 550 rs only.its cheap.but regarding buffets we dont have much choice.perhaps since more foriegners are coming their type of food is more.personally i feel there can be many varieties.frist 2 nights dinner they kept same fish curry only.no chicken items.but 3rd day there was chicken manchurian which tasted gr8.the staff were friendly.we have to go around around to reach main lobby.but ther are ppl to help u.but not gr8 view frm rooms.we jus had some forest views only.ur electronic key gets discharged if u keep it with mobile.so everytime after we came frm outing reaching our room we have to go back again to reception to charge.since it a big hotel and we were staying in one corner its very difficult.the leisure mall is good.my son had a gala time.overall our experience was fair enough.but the food rates are little bit high compared to their tastes.another minus is their net access we have to get a sepaerate card fr wifi but u have to use continuosly.it is waste of money.they charge 150 per hr.so if u have only 10 min work waste of money.otherwise ok.ac cooling is high.they give one slipper.poor quLITY toothbrush (only one)even shower cap is one only.its a doubleroom but all the items are one only.no shaving kit.no powder.no bathmats.

Room Tip: chhose rooms with balcony and garden view room

It was a very nice property, just about 5 mins from the Taj Mahal. it is a huge property very neat and clean. the staff is so courteous and empathetic towards the needs of the guests. There was nothing that I requested and wasn't fulfilled. The beds were so comfy I felt I was back in America. The staff made me feel like a king...

Room Tip: I didnt see much of the rooms. But the room that I received had a balcony in it. so it was nice to s...

This whole place looks grand from a distance, but is really a big pile of dreck. From the moment of check-in, we dealt with a woman who gave a really nasty look when I told her we wanted one large bed (for two men). The room itself was run-down and uncomfortable with a musty odor. The breakfast was very average, plus the manager snapped at me when I accidentally sat in a section meant for a group. I'm stunned that the service here was so bad. Oddly enough, the cleaning staff and other staff around the hotel are all so friendly and always smiling. Perhaps they should swap the client-facing staff with their other staff.
