“Best South Indian Food in Agra”
Reviewed August 15, 2013

Nothing to beat the hot fresh Dosas of Dasaprakash . Went back to Agra after 5 years and had to visit this again. Very good value for money , Onion Rava Dosa is excellent. If you like spicy then go for the Mysore Dosa. The best part is that they serve Potatoes separately instead of stuffing it in the Dosa , hence the Dosa remains crisp till the last bite. Lovely Sambhar. The Kesar Halwa is also delicious.

“A good veg restaurant in Agra”
Reviewed August 8, 2013

Good south Indian food ranging from the usual idlis to thalis. Filter coffee was passable : it did not come up to the authentic southern standard. Mini thalis have all the watery dishes- sambhar, rasam etc but did not have any dry vegetable. The food served seems to have been slightly northernised ( for e.g.mustard oil pickle was served in thali). However, fast moving food : hence a good place for pure vegetarians looking for fresh food at reasonable prices.

“Horrible dining experience ever, stay away from this place”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

we visited this place in agra on 18th June and had worst experience ever. The food was average and the quantity of food served was outrageously less that even though we ordered at least 3 dishes / thali per person we left the restaurent hungry and went to Bikanerwala to fill our stomach.
We spent 1500 for 3 people and still left hungry. The size of Dosa was smallest I have seen ever.
The qualntity in the Thali's was miniscule that can not even serve a child. The staff / manager had no clue why the qualtities were so less. Please stay away from this horrible place.

“Enjoyed this - South Indian vegetarian ... yum!”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

I had lunch in this restaurant - when you enter (because of the decor and clinical layout) you think you're in a fast food joint like McDonalds or KFC, but this is different. The cuisine is South Indian vegetarian so there are a few differences - everything is cooked with moderate flavours and to be eaten mostly in your fingers, rather than by cutlery. I was served a tray of various dishes with a range of dips and sauces to use. It was very tasty. Bathrooms and clean and nice and service is good.

“Regular, nothing special”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

We had a dinner, enjoyed it but that's about it. :-) The review needs to be at least 100 hundred characters, but now, eight days later, after having great Indian meals in several places it's has to remember anything special besides the short power failure.
