“Hope you are hungry”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2014

Again recommended by guide and is quite full of tourists but also by Indians especially later in the evening. We have to agree that the food is of a high standard and the helpings are the biggest we've had so far in India . The waiter luckily talked us out of having two starters and two mains saying it would be to much and he was right. We shared a starter and had two mains. I had a fish curry and could only finish half as I had promised myself a desert. We walked out absolutely stuffed. The resturant was spotlessly clean and the service was first class. A starter, two mains, two deserts, rice, nan and a couple of large drinks each £30.

“Good food and service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2014

Went there on the recommendation of the concierge (who didn't get a commission). Ate dinner twice and liked the food. service was honest in terms of how much to order and fast and efficient. Don't think booking necessary although if you go after about 8.30 you may have to wait. Seemed to get busier then.

“Booring spices?”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2014

We escaped to this place from the hustle people surrounding us in Agra. Because of the good ratings we excpected high quality food. Ive ordered chicken kebab which was terrible. What a dry, super boring, tasteless chicken. My friend ordered some kinda gravy, which also was tasteless. I would rather go eat at the street with local hustlas than going back to this place. Not recommended. As the title said: This is booring wannabe Indian food, and spices? hahahahaha, NO.

“fingerlicious”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2014

I was travelling to Agra with Canadian colleague who was in Delhi on official visit. The restaurant was suggested by our Travel Guide in Agra.
This place is amazing in terms of quality, Quantity and Service of food. The variety was good. The food was sumptuous and all three of us gorged on our meals. Serving size was quite large. Had we aware of this earlier we could have ordered less.

Every bite of food was fingerlicious.

“Great food at a reasonable price!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 24, 2014 via mobile

Popped in here for dinner tonight. We were staying across the road at the ITC Mughal, which although good was very expensive. The Pinch of Spice did not disappoint. The place looks a bit odd from the outside but it was nicely decorated and the place was bustling for a Monday evening! We were seated within 5 minutes for the a la carte menu (downstairs)- the buffet seating is upstairs. Ordered leg of lamb for 600 Rs, Punjabi Gosht for 300 and half a butter chicken for 350, plus raita and rotis/ naans for 4 of us. Several Kingfishers, whole bill came to 4000 Rs for 4. Same leg of lamb in ITC was 2500 Rs!

Service was very good, food was very tasty and we all agreed that it was well worth coming! Mixture of western tourists and well heeled locals! Would recommend.
