“The Best food and service in Agra”
Reviewed June 22, 2011

We didnt stay in Oberoi but we had there an amazoning lunch.
Decor of the hotel is breathtaking, service impeccable and delicious food. We had 2 soups, prawns spaghetti, kathi roll and 2 soft drinks. Eveything to the highest standard. Bill around IRP 3500. So quite expensive but having in
Mind general standard of the restaurants in Agra, it's worth going there.
Meal is an experience, hotel itself is worth visiting.
Must go while being in Agra.

“Not Great Considering the Price and Location”
Reviewed March 8, 2011

We ate at Bellevue a few times during our stay at Oberoi, where the restaurant is located. It is on the basement level, so no views of the Taj Mahal from the restaurant. It is expensive, as you might expect at such a high level of hotel, and wines start at around 3,000 rupees for Indian wine, with a $12.00 bottle of wine (US Prices) running about $100.00. Entrees were around $30.00 per person.

The service was always pretty good, but the staff is young and not as trained as you might expect for the money. Always courteous though. The Indian sandwiches were good, as was the lamb ragout. The Sea Bass was not fresh and mediocre. The Indian menu was rather bland and unimpressive.

Not great at all, considering where you are eating, and the price you are paying. The specialty Indian restaurant in the hotel is better.

“Don't stay--DO EAT AT BELLEVUE”
Reviewed February 5, 2011

we didn't stay here but splurged on an obscenely expensive--but even more delicious--dinner at the one restaurant in the hotel open to non-guests. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET THE PRAWNS!!!!!

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you enjoyed the prawns. May I also take this opportunity to clarify that Esphahan, our Indian speciality restaurant, is also open to non residents.
