Built as a superb residence in the days of cotton (carrington-viyella) on a hill away from town.
Excellent, comfortable and spacious rooms set in blocks around central house and tranquil together with good warm welcome.
Pleasant atmosphere throughout, staff helpful and friendly, beverages overpriced but well served in pleasing old colonial residence surroundings.
Large garden with cool swimming pool and plenty of sun chairs. Good place to spent the afternoon after sightseeing.
Breakfast OK nothing special, Dinner was well described and presented on garden terrace overlooking the town or AC inside. However they are very small portion, a bit overpriced and nothing exceptional. The restaurant describes better than it delivers, and thinks its better than it is. Should put some questionnaires about.
Would certainly recommend and use again, wifi is free around reception area.
