I have rated it poor due to price. Spice is the multi-cuisine side of the restaurant, along with the Italian menu they offer the normal South Indian menu. The other reviews are accurate, the overall appearance and service is decent. There is sufficient parking, if you arrive early. However, keep in mind, the prices for the Italian menu are high, however, the taste and ingredients do not reflect the premium price. There were 3 of us and our bill was RS1900 from the Italian side of the menu. The city has very few Italian choices, and that seems to be part of the problem, since they seem to be taking advantage of the lack of competition, it's easy provide sub par Italian food. If you really need your Italian fix, and you are on this side of the city, then by all means go ahead and dine here. If however, you are slightly picky about Italian food, I would suggest skipping the Italian menu.
