A place where you can find your inner peace. Where you can connect with your soul and transform yourself completely with positivity and energy. A one day trip to this place is enough as well as an one month stay also remains not enough,it entirely depends on an individual. Different yoga sessions are also conducted by the centre. Better to check with their official website to get the latest updates and every information regarding yoga sessions, stay, timings and other activities involved. There is no best time to be here. Once you reach the time starts to get best and better. An entirely silent and peaceful place. You are not supposed to use the cellphone which has to be submitted in the counter alongwith the shoes. Don't forget to collect your token. You can also sit and meditate and pray and give offerings. There is no entry fee to any of the place inside the premise. Handcrafted materials are also available which can be purchased. So plan accordingly to be in the abode of Lord Shiva.

A one and half hour drive from the main city, this place needs time to discover and soak in the place. All your belongings including the mobiles etc are to be deposited at the collection center. Do not wear anything that makes a sound including anklets.

There are 2 fortified and enriched water bodies called Surajkund (for men) and Chandrakund(for women) to take a holy dip. Advisable to carry a towel to wipe, there are places to change as well.

A walk around the Bhairavi temple and then proceeding to Dhyaana Linga, all belongings including umbrellas etc must be deposited at counters. A 15 min meditation is recommended and the dhyana linga is said to be fortified right from the materials used to make it to the main shrine itself. Experience peace inside

A canteen, souvenier shop and many other sustainable shops are set up....

A short walk takes you to the massive statue of Shiva.. plenty of stalls to visit as well

No phone/ camera allowed to be brought in. Went through the the dip in the pool to cleanse the body, 7 mins dip in the very cold water, was shivering which felt better in the waterfall. 1 out of the 3 was having some roof works and was advised not to go there and advised not to shower off as it is supposed to help you reap the best benefit.

Went for prayers before going for free 30 mins Yoga and heading to dhyanalinga for 15 mins meditation.

It was really peaceful, serene and enriching.

A place to visit at least once...a place where you can feel a deep connection with Earth and discover yourself practicing to some of Isha events. There are plenty to choose from!
The temples are unique - sacred geometry used to build them - people very nice - we had an awesome experience! Yoga Rejuvenation Center offers some lovely programs - the ayurvedic doctor is very nice and helpful and the treatments offered nourish both body and mind. Lot of joy and gratitude.
