“Cooking Class”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 10, 2014

After being in India for some time I really wanted to learn how to make the delicious Indian food, so I signed up for cooking classes from Meenu, which I booked through her parent's restaurant, the Queen's Cafe. In just three and a half hours we learned to make chai, pakora's, daal, vegetable curry, chapatti, paratha, poori and naan. We got a nice handout leaflet which explains all the recipe's so you can remember how to make it when you get back home, which I'll certainly do. Very grateful for all the recipe's and tips!!
Although it's mentioned as Queen Cafe "Meenu", this page is owned by Meenu and not her parent's Queen Cafe. Due to some trouble with the internet connections she hasn't been able to change the name. But she has moved the Cooking Classes to a new kitchen, just around the corner. See her profile picture, or just ask her parents.
