Description: An 18th century city gate and charming haveli(coutyard house)fully restored to its earlier glory,is now a popular restaurant in three floors. It houses an air-conditioned dining area, a comfortable low seating cafe, a lounge area and a roof top restaurant serving mouthwatering dishes from India and abroad. Interiors are luminous having ample natural light and attention paid to every part of the haveli. Today O'zen is popular with locals and foreign tourists alike.

O'Zen is an oasis of air conditioned calm from the hustle and bustle of Udaipur. It is spotlessly clean and has the best views of the centr of tow.
The menu is simple but varied and the prices are more than reasonable - We all enjoyed our food and came back several times for more -lunvh dinner or just for a drink. The staff are great and very friendly.

On a couple of nights they really created a fun atmosphere with modern Indian music.

O'Zen is a great place to relax.cool down and relax and enjoy a drink and a great informal meal -I'd love to return some day

This cafe/restaurant is ideally located for a midday break while visiting Udaipur's Jagdish Temple and City Palace. The ambiance is a perfect respite from the heat outside, the hectic streets and friendly yet persistent vendors. The wifi is incredibly fast, and I love that they have a bell that you ring on your way out if you had a good time. If you are on a budget, you might want to come for a snack instead of a meal because prices are on the high side (though the environment is definitely worth it).

My wife and I were recommended this place by a friend of the Manager's - The manager being an extremely friendly and well connected young local called Deepak. While the food was excellent, Deborah and I became close friends with Deepak, his younger brother, and cousin Hitesh who became our city guide for a very reasonable sum of money. Deepak is immediately keen to assist with whatever request you may have, from needing a guide to pointing us in the right direction of the post office and helping us with the local protocols entailing sending things home. And if you don't want to watch Octopus (trip advisor won't let me spell out the whole name of the movie) then make your own request - their dining room becoming your personal home theatre with friendly travellers of all ages enjoying the views. Say hi to Deepak from Deborah and I when you go there please ! Enjoy a beer on the terrace late afternoon.

Found this place randomly while stumbling around near the city palace looking for a spot to eat lunch. The usual word ranging menu was really nice, we ordered from both the continental and Indian menu, both of which were great. The restaurant was really clean and cool, it was a nice refresher from the busy market streets outside. The staff are also really nice and friendly.

Oh and they have good free WiFi.
