Review of Ganesh Temple

The temple is located on the mountains in the ranthambore fort. To reach here you have to walk at least 1.5 km from the parking and that too upside on the hill. So before reaching to the temple, it will take a lot of energy to climb the hill through stairs.
But I will say that despite all such long walk, this is the place one should not miss if in Ranthambore. Home to the 3 eyed Ganesh ji which the locals say is a natural rock carved idol, the place really brings peace in mind
No commercial happenings which makes the temple a perfect place to be.

Tip - Hire a guide who will explain you the entire history of ranthambore fort while walking up to the temple which will ease the walk

I liked the location of the Ganesh temple at Ranthambore fort. We paid Rs 250/- for a guide, but it was worth it. It took approx. 2 hours (to and fro) to visit the Ganesh temple.

It is really a world class and still authentic Ganesh temple, still away from commercial motives. Nice view of national park's zone 2 - 3 from Fort.
Dont get afraid of 150-200 steps, it is easy to climb.

I like the Resort and Ganesh Temple at fort. Only problem is that of food at sawai madhopur for vegetarians. Very few pure veg restaurants are available which too are not upto the mark.
