We stayed at the Nahargarh Ranthambhore Fort for 2 nights as part of our Travel Indochina Highlights of Rajasthan Tour.

Our first view of the hotel was at night when we arrive via train from Agra and it loomed up out of the darkness. What a sight it was all lit up like a Christmas tree.

The Resort was just amazing and very huge landscaping with greenery.

Great atmosphere and staff were very helpful and courteous.
Our room was very large and clean and comfortable.

Food is very tasty and good quality. good service. Resort is very close to the forest.many other kids activities are there different games also.

A good property, but not well maintained and managed. The Resort is very nicely located on Ranthambhore Road with very good view of Aravali hills. Resort is big in size with lot of open area and many other activities area including swimming pool. The landscaping of this resort is great. All building of the resort is green in look. The outer walls of the buildings are covered with a special ornamental bush which snaked all along the wall and giving the eco green look. The green leaves of the bushes crawling up walls, snaking into the window, falling like snow onto the ground, covering it with a green carpet. Altogether a beautiful resort.

Negatives:
But. the management is not able to manage it properly. The swimming pool is not upto the mark. The food is just average and monotonous. No room service at all. The tariff which they charge is not at all in line of services and facilities offered and thus it is not a value for Money option.

Room Tip: Choose rooms which is located on first floor

Though the hotel had a great property with spread out gardens, it was an average experience due to poor maintenance of the accommodation. AC working was poor (perhaps due to bad electricity supply), linen not upto expectation, pool maintenance was not inviting enough despite such hot weather. Although the staff was polite and well mannered. Food served in buffet was ok, however, food served under a-la-carte was excellent. sadly they do not serve traditional rajasthani food, although we were guided as to where we can get authentic rajasthani food. Also on request we were provided tea/coffee maker in the room. To make the visit worse, we did not sight the Tiger in either of the safaris as well.

I recently had been to WelcomHeritage Ranthambore Forest Resort in the month of May 2014 itself. Property is located 2-3 kms from Ranthambore National Park and Ranthambore Fort. First look of the property outside the gate dosen't seems to be impressive but when u enter the resort ur myth vanishes and it is a very nice property having a jungle theme. Property is very well maintained surrounded with lush green trees and shrubs. Property is having a nice swimming pool. Rooms are well maintained. Food quality is also very good. A la carte facility is not available. Foods served in buffet is good. Manager Mr. Singh seems to be very helpful. Overall it is a nice property to handout with family and friends.

Room Tip: All Rooms are in great location.
